“Flowers were just like the photo. Next-day delivery was great. Live chat on website was polite and patient and helpful. Make sure if you want a vase, that you don’t order the ones with photo of flowers wrapped in paper! I like that local florists are used to fill orders.”

“The bouquet is gorgeous, fresh and bountiful- all of the things I look for with delivery services. The only problem is that I paid for a same day delivery and they were not delivered until the next day and I was given no updates or explanation.”

“Slow website and a bit clunky. Unclear exactly what would be in some of the bouquets as the pictures didn’t necessarily reflect the price options…large, small, vase/no vase etc. The checkout process was fairly simple and the support chat function worked well.”

“Saved the day! The only problem I had was that I was promised a 10am-6pm window of delivery and wndwd up receiveing the flowers at 6:30pm when I wasn’t able to wait at home for them, but thankfully they left it in a safe place were I was able to get it upon my arrival! Thank you!”

“I've used Floom at least 5 times and 4 out of 5, what was delivered looked exactly like the picture on the site. Flowers are always delivered by when promised and good quality. I do wish the website UI was easier to navigate - ie I would love the option to filter by price, or click into images without having to start all the way back at the top of all the options again when I go back.”

“Lovely flowers! Was happy with my previous experience with Floom so decided to order again, but this time I received a "delivered" notification when the flowers were only on their way and had not arrived yet. This created a bit of confusion and I was not able to surprise the recipient as I had intended. But the recipient was really happy with the flowers nonetheless and I will still order from Floom again.”
