Missed a birthday delivery for 5 days after we pod £9.99 for same day delivery. There was no apology or note sent. Very poor customer service with no remorse or option for compensation.

What drives someone to start a company this useless? There must be easier ways to make money. Flowers arrived too late. No customer service at all. It felt like a scam. I placed an order at 10:15am for flowers to arrive before 6pm. They were for a birthday, for a lovely person who looks after my kids until 6pm every day. It’s Friday and they don’t work on the weekend. The address is in London N7. The flowers cost £100. The status of the order on the website never updated, so I didn’t know if it was ready, in transit or delivered. There were no email or text updates at all. The live custom service chat on the website isn’t a live chat, it’s just a pop up FAQ. At 5pm I started trying to get in touch with Floom. The number on the site just rings and rings for minutes and eventually tells you to leave a voicemail. I called 4 times. No one answered the customer service email or web form. The person I bought the flowers for had plans and left at 6pm. The flowers arrived at 6:07pm. 7 minutes after the person left for the weekend. So no birthday flowers. Floom could have updated the status on the site, texted, emailed, phoned, answered the phone, had a live chat, replied to email or web form… but they didn’t bother with any of that. So it’s not a scam… just exceptionally bad service.

Awful. Flowers cost $103 and arrived wilted. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture and I am still trying to get a refund.

I paid for same-day delivery and the flowers were not delivered. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 1/30/22 and I would receive an email as to their delivery. Today, 2/2/22, and no email.

So disappointed experience. The one I received was not the one I chosen on website. So ugly, not fresh. And also received at 8:00pm at the night. Too late! Very bad experience.

As unable to reply to the comment left I am forced to write yet another review. I have searched the shops of the UK and am yet to find the chocolate hearts at a higher price than truffles. I don't believe for one second that the substitute was of a higher value or acceptable to send without any notification to me . I still seek some compensation for this lack of communication and disappoint I have left in me. The aftersales communication was not acceptable at all. How very sad I have to leave a bad review to even get a reply. Just shocking. I can see from the reviews I am not alone in my thoughts.

Finally got contact with floom after leaving a bad review. Their attitude was quite shocking. ........We sent a replacement as the Florist was out of stock of what was actually ordered. So no refund offered. Replied to them a number of times and no further answers from them. Totally disgusted at their customer service and the fact I wasn't given the option to choose something else or to cancel the order. I would not recommend the company and I certainly will not be using them again. Think twice before ordering with them.

Hi Rebecca I'm so sorry that you've been disappointed with your order. I understand that the product you ordered was substituted for a more expensive product. I can see that you've contacted the Customer Services Team and they have been communicating with you since 18th Jan. In regards to your order, this was shipped by an external company. The product you had ordered was not in stock. As it was a birthday gift, the company wanted to ensure your product was delivered on time. Therefore, the company substituted for a more expensive product. As this was the case, we couldn't provide a refund as the company had gone above and beyond. On the plus side, I hope your recipient enjoyed the gift. I hope in the future we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom.

I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday and they have not arrived 2 days later. No communications from Floom about any delays, and they have not responded to my email or phone call. So disappointed!

I had placed an order for next day delivery . My card was charged. I tracked the order days later to see that the order was “at the florists” . It was only after I reached out, I was informed that order was cancelled and I would issued a refund. I have yet to receive the refund.

The flowers my friend received had 1/3 the amount of flowers shown in the photo when I purchased them. I paid for the deluxe and it looked worse than a bouquet of old flowers I could have gotten from Safeway. I emailed with a photo to your support team and got no response. I called your number twice over the next couple of days and finally got an answer. They told me they would get back to me about a refund within 24 hours and now it’s almost a full week later and zero response. So after an email, a voicemail, and a phone conversation, I have not gotten any sufficient support from your team. I’m really disappointed with this entire experience.

don't use this florist if we want your flowers to arrive on time or if the reason you're sending them is important to you. i've used Floom 3 times, and each time they have failed to deliver on the requested date - so caused upset re parents thinking their kids had forgotten anniversarys. on 2 of the 3 occasions they have been dishonest about when they flowers were delivered, and in the most recent instance are happier to believe DHL despite no proof of delivery than the customer. Awful service all round.

They misspelled cake (made it cave) thus wishing my sister that her CAVE GET DESTROYED… making my innocent birthday wish to -again- my SISTER, incredibly sexual. They also didn’t sign my name on the card at all. Which given that I signed it with ‘your best gay sibling and his homosexual life partner.’ Could be considered anti-gay sentiment. Overall incredibly hurt and disappointed by the service. Won’t ever be using or recommending again.

I’m very unsatisfied with this service. I ordered a same day delivery and did not receive any notice from the company on order updates. After writing to the customer service, they could not tell me where my order was- with florist or in transit. They asked me if it was delivered—it was not. The next message I receive was that my order was cancelled and I will be refunded. I asked why, and I am still waiting on an answer. Terrible system!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday she is studying abroad in London the flowers flowers were not delivered because they told me her address did not exist after many many emails with some support staff many many emails is it many emails now they're gonna deliver them tomorrow which is after her birthday whatever it's her birthday whatever but the address does exist so I'll be interested to see if she really does get them

I understand there were attempts to deliver the order but the address details needed additional directions as the site wasn't an easy location to find.
