I ordered a beautiful pink and white birthday bouquet for $155.77 and they delivered a purple bouquet I could have bought for $12.99 at a local grocery store. The florist offered me 10% refund which has not happened. Floom said that the flowers were not damaged, even though it was the wrong order and there was nothing they could do about it.

Hi Jane I'm sorry that you've been disappointed with your order. I understand that the flowers received weren't the same that you ordered. Unfortunately, due to market availability in the morning and to get your order on time, the florist had to make substitutions. As we didn't contact you regarding the substitution - we will move forward with the full refund. This you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. Unfortunately this last bouquet was extremely disappointing. The flowers looked about five days old, and were wilted in their vase. When I reached out to Floom they made zero attempt to remedy. For almost $300, I expected far better service. It was not our first Floom purchase, but likely the last. Such a shame.

I had paid extra (£6:40) and chosen a package that was specifically fit for delivery on Monday 14th of feb. Instead the package was delivered today. Also the driver had called the recipient and asked for advice on delivery. Will never use this website again.

Unfortunately, your order was delivered by a private courier company and this delivery was out of our hands. As I can see you have paid an extra £6.40 - this I'll refund you. I ordered next day delivery to a business address. I really hoped that it would be delivered before closing day. The website says 10 am - 6 pm delivery but never thought they would actually deliver the flowers by 5.30 pm!! The recipient had already left by that time. Called customer care a number of times and they said they cant track it and they cant expedite it and I will have to wait for 6 pm to be over to get the flowers delivered. Dismal dismal service. Missed the occasion entirely. I would never recommend them to anyone

Hi Sameera Im so sorry to read about the disappointment with your order. I understand that you thought the order would have been delivered before 5:30pm. I can see you have communicated with the Customer Services Team. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business dealing with perishable goods and an array of florists with differences in delivery time - we cannot provide time-specific deliveries or ETA. This is also mentioned on our website. All deliveries are between the hours of 10am-6pm. I can now see that the flowers have been delivered. I hope your gift was enjoyed by the recipient.

They offer same day delivery. I ordered my flowers 4 days before and they didn't deliver them till a day later. Tried to reach customer service, but no reply. Won't use Floom again.

Flowers were marked as delivered, and I had to find out from the recipient that they never arrived. After contacting Floom they offered a 10% discount. Too little too late. No flowers were delivered.

NOT AS PICTURED ON THE WEBSITE. This was extremely disappointing, I sent these flowers as a gift for an engagement and having never used Floom before thought I would give it a shot. Delivery was great and the recipient received in one day. I asked them to send me a photo of the arrangement bc I had never used Floom and was shocked at what they received. For $80, it looked like they received a $20 bouquet. It had less than half the flowers than in the online photo and was filled with greens. I understand it's not going to look exactly like the photo, but this was just unacceptable. I contacted customer service and they basically told me that it is what it is and that the florist who sent them said it was the exact recipe that was on the site. Well, it was not at all, CLEARLY. No refund has been issued or even a new/improved delivery of flowers. Floom is not being accountable for this matter and is pushing it off on the florist. I rarely write reviews, but I was just beyond disappointed about this and I won't be purchasing from Floom again. Buyers beware.

I can see that you have been communicating with the Floom Customer Services Team. I understand that the florist indicated that they had used the correct stems used for this recipe. As a goodwill gesture, Floom Customer Services Team are in the process of refunding 10% of your order. I hope by this we can redeem ourselves.

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's 40th birthday to be delivered on her birthday before 6 pm. When I checked on the delivery it said it was not attempted and "still with florist" at 9 pm and after speaking with my friend she did not receive the flowers. When I reached out to Floom with an email they were quick to respond that they would check the status and get back to me the next day. However, the next day they responded basically saying it was delivered, but status was not updated. Bye. I then reached out again and asked them for tracking information or some type of confirmation or where they left the bouquet because my friend had not received the arrangement. Floom just ignored my questions altogether. No-one reponded or checked back with me to make sure my issue was resolved. Then I get an email to rate them. I am happy to report that the bouquet was finally delivered but it was not in the best shape AND the customer service is lackluster, needless to say, I will not be using Floom again and I would not recommend them to others.

Did not delivered at estimated day and time. Note that we typed was not with the flower probably lost. Flower was damaged some leaves were in the box.

Terrible service. Ordered flowers for a 50th Birthday and they were cancelled by the florist. Floom failed to let me know the order had been cancelled so I could make alternate arrangements, and I only found out by contacting the florist directly to see if they had been delivered (as I’d had no updates from floom)!! I then had to ring customer services to check if my refund was processed seeing as my order was cancelled, which it wasn’t!!!

Paid for next day delivery. Two days later still no sign of flowers. Raised the issue on Twitter and was offered a refund, which I said I wanted to accept. No action followed. Flowers arrived after FOUR days, and I'm now being told no refund will be issued, despite saying I wanted to cancel two days earlier. An absolute shocker of a service.

What drives someone to start a company this useless? There must be easier ways to make money. Flowers arrived too late. No customer service at all. It felt like a scam. I placed an order at 10:15am for flowers to arrive before 6pm. They were for a birthday, for a lovely person who looks after my kids until 6pm every day. It’s Friday and they don’t work on the weekend. The address is in London N7. The flowers cost £100. The status of the order on the website never updated, so I didn’t know if it was ready, in transit or delivered. There were no email or text updates at all. The live custom service chat on the website isn’t a live chat, it’s just a pop up FAQ. At 5pm I started trying to get in touch with Floom. The number on the site just rings and rings for minutes and eventually tells you to leave a voicemail. I called 4 times. No one answered the customer service email or web form. The person I bought the flowers for had plans and left at 6pm. The flowers arrived at 6:07pm. 7 minutes after the person they were for left for the weekend. So no birthday flowers. They could have updated the status on the site, texted, emailed, phoned, answered the phone, had a live chat, replied to email or web form… but they didn’t bother. So it’s not a scam… just exceptionally bad service.

THE WORST! Flowers ordered internationally 4 days before they were due to be delivered. The day AFTER delivery I receive a note- they were not delivered. Don't deserve a `1'
