Delivery was on time and the delivery person was nice and professional, but the flowers weren't in the best shape. Half the lily fell off the stem as soon as we opened the bouquet. The bouquet was nice, but I expected a little more for the price I paid.

I purchased the Modern Major for Mother’s Day. I was really excited for my mother to receive them yesterday (we live together) because I saw a review saying they arrived exactly as in the imagine. That was not the case for me at all. The tulips arrived looking lifeless, sparse and, of course, small. I wish there was an option to choose how you want your flowers to arrive, as I’m sure a someone else would have appreciated this more. While I hope the flowers will eventually bloom nicely and maybe last longer, it wasn’t the impactful presentation I was looking for.

My present didn't arrived to my family. So I needed to call and make sure that they will go to the post of the building and get the plant.

Unfortunately my experience was frustrating. I received notification that flowers were delivered and they were not. Thankfully when contacting Floom the rep was great and tracked down my order which had not yet been delivered. Once they were delivered they were pretty but not what I ordered. Completely different color scheme and different container then I had picked out. I understand that maybe the flowers were not available as shown but thirty were a completely different arrangement. At least they were pretty regardless and my friend was excited. I’m not sure I’ll order again as experience was frustrating.

The choice of flowers was not intelligent, stems have to be properly cut at a slant in water, if sent by envelope there must be evidence of this, not found, the combination of flowers, roses , plus the blue i forget the name, tends to drop n creates a stain and mess especially on furniture and the floor, you need proper florists who know what they do , to make out a collage , a bouquet, professionally, i wont name names of London's best florists, THERE IS ROOM FOR MUCH IMPROVEMENT, really and truly

I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday. Received an email to say they had been delivered on the corrected day (Saturday) but they had not. They then arrived on the Monday while I was on zoom to her! Not happy to receive an email that lied about the delivery, I would have understood if it was explained not just tried to be hidden.

The flowers arrived on time however have only lasted a couple of days and I'm disappointed given the price I paid. Appreciate it's a challenging time so ive considered that in my review.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, but they were brought to the wrong address. Thankfully it was about a block away, and a kind stranger called me to let me know they were brought to her instead. The stranger dropped them off at the correct address, thankfully.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, which was simple, just one red rose. So I ended up with the more similar bouquet that I found, although I found it expensive. The flower glass pot is a bit chubby.

I got the Cape May. Many of the petals of the roses were bruised and wilting. The hydrangeas were also past full bloom. The bouquet was also missing flowers that were said to be included on the website, and also had flowers that weren't displayed/advertised. I will not order from Floom again.

I don't normally leave a feedback like this but wanted to share my experience of using Floom for the first time. I was really excited to order from Floom, the flowers looked gorgeous online and I needed next day delivery for a special birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when the hand tied flowers arrived, half the water had been (accidentally) tipped out of its jar in transit, making the bottom of the carry bag completely soaked through. That I didn't mind as much, compared to about 20% of the flowers in the bouquet had arrived either broken or damaged. I had to break off stems and even whole flower heads!! to make the bouquet look presentable and not crushed. When I checked back on my order on what the bouquet should have looked like (because the image was so beautiful), I realised that some flowers were missing and what I had received was not as shown. I don't mind variation at all, but what I had received just wasn't as pleasing as the image. The bouquet did last for around 7-10 days which was great. I don't think the flowers came with any flower food either. For the price of the bouquet,I was expecting to be completely wow-ed at first sight. I've been lucky to have received enough flowers to know what this feeling should feel like! But instead was underwhelmed which is unfortunate. I have been ordering flowers through several companies before and during the lockdown period and this particular bouquet has not impressed me at all. The service has been great and I was updated regularly of the courier's progress, even though the flowers were bashed around a bit, otherwise overall I would have given 2 stars. For the price vs what you get, I would not recommend Floom. Receiving flowers, big or small, should be a joy!

I have not yet received my order so I can’t speak to that, but I do not enjoy the international fee you charge. There are too many other services to use that don’t charge this so not sure I would return.

Hi when the flowers arrived we were expecting a bigger bunch as we paid £80. According to the picture We saw for the larger bouquet there were not enough flowers also some of them were all ready dying. So Was actually quite disappointed with them.
