I’ve ordered 2 bouquets from Floom now. The first one was beautiful and absolutely worth the $$, the second one did not match the picture provided by the florist and was a bit disappointing . Floom Itself is easy enough to use although on the second order, I didn’t get the delivery notification until hours after my friend received the flowers. I’ll probably try Floom one more time to see which is the more prevalent experience- as my first order was without a hitch and got the most beautiful order sent out day of. In my attached photo you can see the difference in what I ordered vs what was received. Still pretty- just not the same.

Lovely bouquet of flowers only slightly ruined by the fact they text the recipient in the morning to tell them what time the flowers would arrive. When the site clearly stated they would only contact them in case of an issue with delivery.

Flowers not as pictured. Round, uninspired bunch of roses and standard ornamental flowers instead of small hand-held size bouquet of wildflowers and greens. More is not always better.

The selection of bouquets that Floom offers is impressive, all of their options are gorgeous. The flowers, however, that were delivered did not match the brilliance of the photo online.

I chose the floral arrangement because it was shown with a vase....the other options were not. It did not come with a vase. I also felt that the arrangement was sparse in terms of flowers, compared to the photo on the website. My daughter sent a picture and it did not look like the generous arrangement I had picked out.....and decided to spend a lot of money on (£75). My daughter was happy with it but I was underwhelmed.

I ordered a plant and a bouquet of flowers from the same florist and was charged the service fee 2x. I would have thought that if you order from the same florist regardless of number of items, you are charged the service fee 1x. Also hydrangeas in bouquet faded the next day. Positive feedback for speedy delivery.

The product is great but the price point feels excessive. I always question whether to return to Floom for that reason and am on the lookout for alternatives. If this could come down, I wouldn’t think about looking elsewhere.

Service was great, I was able to get same day delivery on a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I was however shocked when the receiver sent me a photo of them to say thank you. They couldn’t have looked more different to what I had ordered. Lovely enough but disappointing as I had picked out the specific bouquet to suit the receivers taste.

The flowers would have been lovely - but they were severely wilted on arrival, and the delivery person ruined the surprise by shouting "flower delivery" into his phone, rather than simply "delivery"

The flowers got delivered on time nice and early for my mum’s birthday so that was great but I was a bit disappointed with the bouquet she got for the price, I am fully aware that with the actual circumstances there are flower shortages but for the price I was expecting a fuller and more vibrant bouquet, also a bit disappointed with the packaging it came in and the all presentation. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. It would also be a good idea to indicate the difference between standard and luxury bouquet as you have no idea what to expect. Sorry to be so picky but this was for my mum’s 70 th birthday and I was expecting something a bit more special as shown on the picture....

Good list of flower boutiques. Website is clean and well organized. I understand the flowers are “special” ones, but some are too pricey. The flowers I got were too small, for a price I pajd

The website offered lots of choices, but few until 3 weeks later. Nothing was available for next day delivery. After choosing a bouquet to be delivered a week out, I was contacted that it was no longer possible. I agreed to have it delivered 5 days early, not on my friend's 50th birthday. The flowers that arrived had very little resemblance to what I ordered. These are difficult times, I suppose. :--(

My order from Floom was beautiful and creative, but the bouquet was much smaller than I expected for the price. It arrived already drooping, and had some carnations (which I never would have included). The delivery person got the address wrong and had to be redirected. I order a lot of flowers and expected a little more for almost $100.
