Acceptable due to the fact I ordered sunflowers but because they were out they were replaced with Gerber daisies.

Flowers were delivered in a timely matter, however, the water leaked a bit and destroyed the paper bag.

The quality, assortment, and arrangement of flowers are some of the best I've seen for internet delivery service; however, a couple of the flowers were dead and the personalized note was missing. For that I have to deduct points.

The flowers were very nice however they missed the vase (it was delivered after complaint later that day). Also the card was sent with the flower was completely empty. They later sent the correct card with the vase. Kind of mixed experience.

The flowers and price all looked good, but unfortunately floom couldnt deliver on the requested day. They informed me of this in time to make other arrangements and refunded my money quickly. Good customer service

Hello Hiang, I'm sorry for the confusion. We don't automatically add the sender's name to our delivery orders or the gift messages in case the sender wishes to remain anonymous. I was quite disappointed in this service. I’ve used Floom before and it went perfectly, so used them again recently. When making the purchase, I was told to supply my number and the recipients number too. It states that the recipient would only be messaged in an emergency if it couldn’t be delivered. However, delivery updates were sent to the recipient from the morning, which ruined the surprise

The plant I ordered arrived on time but it was quite damaged. The tips of the leaves were bent, and one of them was cut off completely like it had been cut off to propagate a new plant. For the cost I expected a higher quality plant.

Delivery, options are all good. The major complaint is the website in the U.S., which is ending in .com not .co.uk, is still charging me a foreign transaction fee without any warning. This is a clearly hidden charge and is absolutely unacceptable.

The flower were really bad. Not anywhere close to what was shown on the picture. No roses at all. Would consider purchasing if i am in rush again as the delivery is very fast but not the same ones for sure They were worth £5

The bouquet was beautiful and exactly as expected - however, you sent a delivery message to the person who the flowers were a surprise for, even though on the form it said “this number will only be used in case of delivery issues” or something to that effect. Having a message about a bouquet of flowers arriving 8 hours before they do, is nowhere near as romantic as the surprise of a bouquet of flowers! I’ve tried to call to express my frustration but just kept ringing out
