Very easy to use, however the flowers were not as good a quality or amount as I would expect for the price

The fruit box was quite expensive for what we received but the fruit was of good quality. We ordered two add-ons, one of which was missing. When asked, the delivery driver said he knew nothing about it. When I phoned, Floom were helpful but I felt it wasn't worth a delivery of just one item so I requested a refund.

We were a bit disappointed not to get the yogurt that was part of the big box. I added and paid for an additional dairy free yogurt as need both. We had 2 mozzarellas instead I think? An odd substitution if so... On the whole, the vegetables were good quality but the proportions a little odd for what is described as a Big Box. We had 2 giant onions and then 3 tiny ones. A handful of new potatoes. One aubergine... For a big box, I'd hope for enough of one vegetable to feed 4. Otherwise, everything is part of a casserole. We love our veggies and particularly things that can be eaten raw for their vitamin content such as sweet peppers and carrots, particularly when tomatoes and avocados in short supply. Otherwise, delighted with the fennel (but again very small + a slither)... Do not need 3 red chillis and 3 bulbs of garlic (1 of each fine) and would have liked more of other vegetables and for bananas to be included in this as listed. Giant onions more of a discussion point than being useful and no point having 2 huge ones and then 3 little shallots. Appreciated the herbs but more concerned about balance of basics, maybe a piece of ginger would be similarly useful and less fragile. I guess our ideal box would have the dairy, the bread, vegetables with some salad ingredients particularly tomatoes (more than one punnet), spring onions rather than so many chillis, 4-8 red orange or yellow peppers (not green), green beans but not trimmed (they don't last as long), other dark green vegetables (1 or 2 broccoli, 1 type of cabbage, maybe asparagus, maybe spinach), blue berries rather than raspberries and strawberries as fragile and have been disappointing in past, 4 lemons or 6 limes, at least 2 aubergines if including, bag of citrus fruit, bag of apples, plums or similar, potentially melon but avoid pineapple as has to be ripe when picked or is useless... Any other veggies are a bonus but this is our ideal scenario for a good mix. Appreciate, you have to go with whats there and costs...

I typically avoid on line florists because the choices are limited and not very aspiring. Floom had a beautiful array of unique arrangements. The website was easy to navigate. I look forward to delivery

There is a good variety of different bouquets from a number of florists available. Many of these include flowers and foliage that are a little different from many of the standard, run of the mill, online flower services and this is what led me to using Floom. However I was a little dissapointed for 3 reasons. Firstly there were quite a few differences between the selection of flowers in the bouquet delivered compared to what I had ordered. I understand there may need to be substitutions from time to time but for me it was just a little too far away from what I had ordered. Secondly the flowers arrived the day before I had requested. It doesn't mean the flowers weren't appreciated but it would have been nicer for them to arrive on the day that was being celebrated. Finnaly there was supposed to be a free Neals Yard gift with the flowers but this does not appear to have been included.

Flowers delivered to the wrong house, had to get a photo sent to us of where they were left and luckily the recipient recognised the house so managed to go and pick them up. Nice flowers in the end.

Mis-transcribed the name of the recipient. Also, didn't leave a delivery note when 1st delivery failed, but great bouquet and good customer support following up.

I loved the designs of the flower arrangements online. Unfortunately, it looked a little different when it was delivered. It also took a while to get the flowers delivered, but I was okay with it since the online photo looked beautiful. Overall, it was still a nice arrangement, but it didn’t really look like what was online.

Can't fault the delivery. Had to send some very last minute emergency flowers and they arrived in 2 hours, on a weekend. However, by the next day quite a lot of what had been delivered was dying or dead

The bouquet was beautiful, and it was enjoyed by the recipient. I do have a problem with your two day order and delivery, I would think one day would be sufficient. I ordered on a Wednesday, and it wasn't delivered till Friday.
