I placed an order first thing Monday morning 1/9 and paid for same day delivery. After contacting customer support the afternoon of Tuesday 1/10, I received a delivery confirmation email after business hours, so the recipient will not receive her flowers until 2 days after I ordered them for her first day at new job.

My overall experience with Floom has been poor. From the start I did not receive a confirmation email of my purchase until the next day and there were no updates or tracking for delivery. The flowers were delivered outside of the delivery window, and only after I contacted customer support. I didn't even receive confirmation that they were delivered from Floom until many hours later. The bouquet itself was sub par for the cost of the purchase. Several flowers came with broken stems or wilting/browning blooms. I would not buy from Floom again and will not recommend this service to anyone looking for high quality flowers.

Warning: do not risk using this service. I ordered flowers for a special occasion that were never delivered. I reached out to Floom customer service twice and they’ve ignored me. I’m having to dispute the scam with my credit card.

Used Floom for the first time for an anniversary gift. Despite getting the order delivered email, the bouquet was nowhere to be found. Got in touch with them and an agent said the bouquet was left in a safe place behind the bin. I had no idea what bin they were referring to. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong address (they mixed the flat and building numbers), and some kind strangers brought us our bouquet with no further help from Floom. needless to say, I will not be ordering from Floom again.

These were for a teachers birthday. I stated in the comments they needed to be delivered by a certain time and before the school closed for the day. Was also willing to pay extra for the guarantee... Searched everywhere on the site for a number only to find out the company is based in the UK. So much for ordering and purchasing from a local business... Finally found a contact number only to have it continue to ring. The flowers I sent are sitting in the lobby of the building with some receptionist enjoying them, rather than in the classroom of the recipient.

My order was never delivered for my daughters birthday and there’s no way to contact anyone especially when you are sending from the US . Silly chat room they provide produced no results ! No refund no nothing! Steer clear

Awful experience. Ordered a bunch of red roses which looked elegant and classy on the website, costing around £50. When they arrived, they first of all addressed the bouquet to the wrong recipient, ruining the entire sentiment of sending flowers and secondly the bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered. They were covered in gold glitter and came in a cheap and tacky lime green box. The roses did not look fresh and there was no foliage in the bouquet as shown on the pictures on the website. The cellophane looked a mess with glitter all over it. Emailed a complaint and called them 3 times to ask for compensation for which I had to fight for half my money back. Do not buy from Floom, seems like they are putting up generic pictures of bouquets and getting random suppliers to fulfil the orders haphazardly. They refused to give me a full refund and tried to say that the florist tried to make it 'special' by throwing in a free vase which was actually a jar with a sticker on the front (Yazs Flower Gallery). What a joke. Definitely avoid at all costs. You can get better flowers from the supermarket at a fraction of the price.

We specifically chose Floom as it outlined it could deliver our flowers on 31 December. These flowers were urgent and we wouldn’t have ordered with you if we knew it would take so long. It’s now 3 January and the flower status is “with florist”. This is false advertising and very disappointing.

very stressful experience with Floom over the flower bouquet delivery. My delivery had been rescheduled 2 times and the worst part that you cannot get in touch with customer service easily. They reply on the emails with great delay. And when you call , surely no operators available ever. I regret ordering flowers at FLOOM.
