The flowers never arrived. I never got a notification about why they didn't arrive. I reached out the next day and was told it was a failed delivery but there's no reason that that would happen because the building it was delivered to has a doorman.

Although we received notification from Floom that the flowers we ordered had been delivered, they were NOT delivered. Two days after we notified Floom, it has failed to respond to our request for it to correct this except for sending an autoreply indicating that it had received our message.

Floom canceled the order the day before it was supposed to arrive, for no reason explained except “undeliverable”. This was supposed to be a gift and it left me scrambling to find something else, which obviously wasn’t going to arrive in time. I’m very disappointed and will not use floom again.

The flowers ordered were expensive (£250 exc delivery) and when delivered did not match the product advertised. There were fewer roses and larger roses which made the arrangement look cheap, the filler flowers were different and cheap and the foliage was missing. The flowers were meant to look like a delicate heart for valentine's but looked like a funeral arrangement. On expressing my concerns with the obvious difference Floom dismissed it despite giving a guarantee on their website that if the flowers do not match what is advertised they would refund the money- I would be happy for the correct flowers to be sent rather than a refund but they did not even offer this. Furthermore, communication is bad. AVOID this company. Better deal directly with the florist.

Charged extra for a delivery to arrive before 6pm didn't turn up still out for delivery at 7.30pm ! No chance of it being delivered because premises are locked up and secured. Cannot contact anyone for refund , same thing last year should have learned but everyone deserves a second chance never again !!!!!!

Order never arrived after promised it would arrive on VALENTINES DAY! (I have screenshots to confirm this) no communication from the company, rude customer service lady was very patronizing and closed the phone in my face. AVOID!!

Poor quality, poor customer services…offered 15% discount if I order again. Why would I order again after receiving a bad service and poor quality flowers…would’ve been better off going to a fuel station and picking up a bunch of flowers from there and a lot cheaper. The joke is they have got the word “Luxe” on the bouquet bag…struggling to see anything luxurious about it. Just awful

Flowers never reached recipient. Numerous messages sent with no replies taking care of the issue. Instructions not followed to call recipient to make delivery. Trying to get reimbursed.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and paid for same day shipping. Now, several days later, my order still shows up as "prepared" and I have been in touch with customer service as they are still trying to get in touch with the florist. It was essential to me that the flowers arrive on time, which is why I decided to go with same day shipping and this kind of delay is unacceptable. If the company was unable to get in touch with the florist, I could have easily picked a similar bouquet from another florist had they offered that option so that it would be delivered on time, but they didn't. At this point the flowers still have not been delivered and there has been no attempt to remedy the situation.

Very disappointing, the flowers were not in stock but were offered on the website and my purchase was confirmed. No one let me know until it was too late and the birthday had passed. Your zen desk person emailed me at 1:49AM after the birthday passed and asked me if I wanted to wait until 8/2 to have them delivered! It’s February people! Your systems are not in place this FLOOM company is a disaster. I salvaged a late delivery with another florist that was amazing and picked up where FLOOM failed. Your zen desk person could care less that your service and process sucks. We’ll see if I even get my money back. You should add these questions below; -If the flowers were not available did someone let you know or offer another arrangement? No! -Did we miss your friends birthday? YES -Did you have to go somewhere else and send flowers a day late? YES!

I spent $150 to send a bouquet. (That included not one but two charges for delivery, one of which was supposed to have been eliminated through an online "first time user" promotion. When I arrived at the place i sent them (a friend's dinner) I was appalled. The flowers looked wilted, and the bouquet was so unimpressive .. not nearly the size I was expecting for the price. Overall an embarrassing experience.

Very poor service, I paid for same day delivery which did not happen. When speaking to Floom employees via email, Instagram they informed me that they couldn't give me any info until contact was made with florist. Nearly a week gone and no flowers delivered or refund. Disgraceful

I ordered flowers for a friends baby shower that was coordinated with all her shower color and the flowers NEVER arrived! Using this service caused me to miss her occasion and there's nothing I can do to go back and change that. No word from the company or the florist. I had to call my friend who said sadly nothing arrived at the shower all day and I realized I never received a confirmation email about the delivery or about it NOT being delivered. Just radio silence. I went on to write the company customer service via email (I could not find a phone number) and it took days for them to reply. While I was waiting to hear back from them I got numerous other promotional emails from them about how I felt about my service even though the flowers never arrived and I had been charged and not yet refunded. I was not even going to write a bad review until I finally did hear back. The email response was buried below another email chain asking me to review their customer service before I could even read the message about what happened or my refund. They refunded my money and gave me the same discount promotion of 15% I get just for wiring this review. When the number of promotional emails and review requests outnumbers the customer service response, and they offer you an entirely generic consolation for totally ruining event flowers that they didn't catch and I had to email them about -- it's poor. This company's experience made me feel like I was dealing with a bot the entire time. I would not use them again.

I have been trying to get in touch with your team for 3 day. my order for a friend’s birthday has still not been deliverdd and now it is passed his birthday. This is a very very terrible experience and i am expecting a full refund + a delivery to my friend of the flowers I ordered. I tried to call, chat, send emails and no replies do far. It’s unacceptable.
