Floom keeps promising me discounts for leaving reviews. First a chance to win a 50 Pound bouquet for a Google review, and now 15% off for this review! Too bad they never did what I paid them 122 pounds to do - deliver flowers to my wife that my son picked out. The site shows they were delivered, nobody answered on the help chat, and my wife received no gift. Thanks Floom.

I was highly disappointed. My order was delivered 5 days late and was half the size and dimension of what we ordered. It was a holiday gift for a family member and I was truly embarrassed! All correspondence with the company has been ignored.

Very upset I paid the fee for day of delivery and this flowers were delivered the next day. I would like a refund on the delivery premium I paid.

My overall experience with Floom has been poor. From the start, I did not receive a confirmation email of my purchase until the next day and there were no updates or tracking for delivery. The flowers were delivered outside of the delivery window, and only after I contacted customer support. I didn't even receive confirmation that they were delivered from Floom until many hours later. The bouquet itself was subpar for the cost of the purchase. Several flowers came with broken stems or wilting/browning blooms. I would not buy from Floom again and will not recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality flowers.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered next day and paid extra for next day shipping but my order was delivered 2 days later. It was supposed to be delivered in time for the recipient’s party. I didn’t even receive an email that the delivery was going to be delayed.

Flowers delivered dead. I immediately took a picture and contacted customer service, who assured me I'd get a refund. But they had to come back and pick up the flowers. Weird, but ok...? However I was out that evening at our country house, planning to be back in the city the next day. We all got covid and had to stay where we were for several days, then I was told to send a picture of the vase (the issue wasn't the vase, but I had to tell them that in multiple separate emails where they kept asking for the vase, despite the pics I already sent of the dead flowers), then they told me due to my "health issues" (again, Covid!?) it wasn't their fault and since it was a few days later they could not refund me. WHAT!? Also, I am abridging here. There is an email thread with literally **17** messages - it should not be this hard to get a refund for DEAD FLOWERS DELIVERED AND PAID FOR. What a crock.

No communication about the order's delivery on the day of the delivery. Flowers were delivered way after reasonable hours to deliver flowers. I asked to deliver flowers after 3 pm and they delivered in 8-9pm timeframe.

I sent flowers to my sister using floom for the first time. She told me that the flowers that arrived looked old and the vase was absolutely dry. I was extremely disappointed. I wrote directly to floom to inform them of this and received no response.

I paid extra for a specific timed delivery but the flowers arrived super late in the night and missed the person who was supposed to receive them, aka the whole point of my order was surprise birthday flowers. I tried reaching support but they were absolutely useless. I placed my order from London, trying to surprise a friend in New York, spent 100$ and was hugely disappointed, would not recommend to anyone buying from overseas for special occasions.

Delivery was not made on the day it was supposed to and could not be delivered on the following day either. My refund is being processed. Very disappointed as this was an important delivery.,

I ordered a same day delivery bouquet with a room diffuser on 10 Dec at approx 9:30 am. I wanted to send them to my 86 year old mum since I was out of the country at the time. At 3.30 pm, I received an email saying that they couldn't deliver after all & have issued me a refund (which I still haven't received by the way). Messaging me so late in the day when I couldn't even order anything from anywhere else to arrive on that day, was absolutely terrible customer service. I was offered a measly 15% off my next order - but I'll never use it since I won't be ordering from this company again... be warned...
