The Flowers were not delivered the day we asked for due to lack of stock. We had gotten together the whole family to surprise our little sister living in London. I did not even get the refund yet nor did she get the flowers late. I learned about this by an email on my spam mail the day after. A huge disappointment

Received a completely different bouquet to the image on the website. Contacted customer service via chat and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and zero communication and no refund. Incredibly disappointing, I would avoid them altogether.

Terrible experience with Floom. Promised multiple follow ups from different reps and never received a single email or call regarding the status of this order. Delivered 24 hours late and the flowers were absolutely pitiful. I had high hopes for Floom and was completely let down.

This has got to be the worst online bouquet I have ever ordered. The flowers were wrong, NOT EVEN CLOSE to what had spent $100 on. See the pictures below when I emailed for a refund instead of making it right they gave me a partial refund. I mean that would be fine if they had just brought me a different arrangement. Oh no they brought me the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen. It was so embarrassing when my friend's dying grandmother had to awkwardly tell me to get a refund.

My wife received the flowers one day after her birthday and the flowers were partly wilted and brown (they were white flowers). Not happy with this service! I doubt I’’ll ever use floom again! My wife threw out the brown flowers and rebased the few good ones.

Flew to london for wedding anniversary. Ordered flowers to be delivered to hotel room. Informed flowers delivered 2 days late. Checked with hotel - no flowers received. Emailed floom- received automated reply. No updates, no flowers, no refund. Strongly advise to try a more reliable online florist if you are looking to do something for a special occasion. Recommend referring to an enemy.

Your device sadly disproved your claim of one day delivery or even three day delivery. Or Any delivery at all . Just a limp offer of return of payment that “should arrive in 7 to 10 days Appalling treatment & service M Crawford

I ordered flowers on Saturday and they still haven’t been delivered. I am hugely disappointed but the terrible service. And sad that I wasn’t able to send timely sympathy to someone bereaved.

Terrible service. I ordered sympathy flowers for same day delivery. The family were travelling to organsie the funeral the next day. I got an email at 8pm to say the delivery had not been made. Completely unacceptable and too late to organise to arrange anything else. So unprofessional. So disappointed.

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers with a message to a friend who is about to go into hospital. I discovered today that they were delivered without a message. Not good at all.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my friend for Thanksgiving. She’s not a fan of roses, so I found a lovely mix of fall flowers in the rectangular wooden box to but for her. When I went to her home, i saw that what she received didn’t resemble what I ordered in the slightest. It was in a bluish vase, with orange, yellow and purple roses, mixed with sunflowers. I was totally disappointed. I’ve never had this experience with Floom before. I’ve sent them a picture of what I received and I’m waiting for them to conduct their investigation, but I hope they are able to make this right!

Dear Floom, The flowers were absolutely lovely, but sadly they arrived late at 8pm and my partner wasn’t home when they were delivered. This was very upsetting for me as I was promised a 6pm delivery and called a lovely chap called Charlie to confirm they were on route twice. Could you let me know what happened? Best, Tommy

Ordered flowers the day before at 5pm choosing florists that could do next day delivery, placed my order and then got a call on the delivery day saying the florist couldn't deliver and there was no other option available could they be delivered a day later. Flowers were for my mothers 60th birthday so that was not possible and had to cancel the order and get a refund and use another company to then get same day delivery to ensure she got them on her birthday. Very disappointing it was advertised as next day if that wasn't actually possible.

Ordered flowers to arrive on my girlfriend's birthday, which was delivered after 6 o'clock and were found by us outside her flat door at 11 o'clock when we got home from her birthday dinner. Very annoyed that they did not arrive earlier in the day. I had to email at 4.30 to find out were they going to be delivered to which I received a reply that they will be right with me. I would appreciate a refund.
