The bouquet I ordered was not delivered. Customer service never got back to me. Sorry to say that this was not a great experience and I will definitely not use this service again.

Fake advertising.. purchase £70+ worth of bouquets with full roses and I got carnations instead to replace it . Customer service offered 10% which is very disrespectful to what has been sent and to what I have purchased. Won’t be purchasing again.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend the day of her mother’s funeral. Flowers never arrived. I was never contacted. I contacted customer service and they said they’d find out the issue. They never got back to me. I just got a refund sans delivery fee and no explanation or alternative.

Ordered flowers, paid £6.99 delivery and they said they’d arrive the next day. They didn’t. Cue me chasing for two days only to be told the florist had “missed” the order. What does that even mean?? Refund pending. So disappointing and with all the choice of flower delivery services available, I’d never order through Floom again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered at 7:30 AM for same-day delivery. Delivered between 6 and 6:15 PM. Plant delivered was not the same as advertized.

Spent an entire day chasing an order that I sent as a gift that was marked as delivered on the day I ordered it but it was never delivered. I was told it was given to a random person somewhere in the block of flats with no instructions on how to find them. Long story short the wrong flowers were delivered on the wrong day - which I figured out on my own after being ignored for several hours - and I will not be using this service again.

I was extremely disappointed with my order. I placed an order for orange chrysanthemums. The flowers that were delivered were pink and green, pale, and not at all as pictured on the website. To be honest, they are ugly. When I emailed customer service and sent photos, Stacey essentially said “too bad, so sad.” I expected better customer service and I do not recommend purchasing flowers from Floom.

Flowers were ordered for Tuesday delivery, never turned up. I called late Tuesday and was told it was an IT issue and I would be refunded. The flowers were then sent for 8pm delivery to a business address, then redelivered the next day when the recipient was not working. I contacted Floom again to express my last conversation was that I was being refunded, and I am still waiting for them to 'get back to me'. Just order directly with the florists if possible

The flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like the floral arrangement I chose and paid for. The flowers that were delivered were not a $100 bouquet. I was duped and overcharged.
