9:15pm delivery of flowers, business lied to me saying that their "truck" was in route at 1pm, the actual van at the time of delivery was jam packed with other peoples orders. Rose bouquet didn't come as described with eucalyptus leaves (baby's breath instead) flowers weren't fresh either, on the third or fourth day half of the roses weren't unable to stand on their own and dead, and none of which bloomed anymore than the 1-2 that were blooming at time of delivery. By no stretch of the imagination was this a $105 bouquet of a dozen long stemmed roses, I regret purchasing through them on Floom and could have faired better for much cheaper with Bodega flowers. Shameful.

Exceptionally poor service. Flowers were ordered as birthday gift and was not delivered at all. Will get the Consumer Council involved. I expect a full refund.

Hi Tonya Im so sorry about this. I understand your order was cancelled. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist was unable to fulfil your order. As a result, we had to cancel your order. This you were notified on the day. I know this wasnt ideal. Though, a full refund was processed and this you should have now received. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Horrible customer service. This company feels like a scam. Ordered same day delivery for a special occasion. Paid over $90. Flowers never came. Still have not come! Called and emailed with no response and no follow up. Seems like they just quietly would have pocketed the money and rely on busy customers to chase them for an answer as to where they heck the order is and can we pls just get a refund?? Finally someone answers the phone and says they need to wait for the florist to respond before issuing a refund. Excuse me? That is not my responsibility. You should issue a refund immediately if they order is not fulfilled as advertised. Why do I need to wait for the florist? Horrid and spoiled my entire evening.

However, this order was in process with the florist. As this was the case, your order could not be cancelled as we do need 48 hours notice. We ordered flowers to be delivered in the UK last Monday 21st February for a 60th Birthday. They have yet to be delivered. Tried calling a UK number multiple times and after 7-8 minutes each time the message says no one available to take your call. Then called a number in New York several times with the same outcome. My wife has also emailed without response. As the owner of a service company I realize things can go wrong sometimes. Not wishing to air our grievances on social media or in public but as we cannot either speak to someone or communicate by email, we were left with no choice. Hopefully others have not had the same experience.

The Team have tried to get in touch with you since last week with confirmation of address details. I can see that yesterday there was a response and the Customer Service Team have now issued a refund. This you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. This was a horrible experience with FLOOM. The flowers delivered had zero resemblence to what we ordered. Why go through the performance of offering photos for clients to choose if you are going to make your own decision in the end. Aggravating. On top of that, the customer service could not be poorer. First they tell me the flowers were not delivered on the day ordered. I tell them to cancel the order. Next they tell me that they will be delivered the next day....something that would not work for the people going out of town. Finally, they tell me that the flowers had in fact been delivered. A huge mess...a terrible exchange of many emails leaving this customer disappointed and irritable. Zero customer service and no customer satisfaction. Never again.

Hi, I'm sorry to inform you that I had a not so great experience with floom. I don't want to seem mean or petty. It is just a bit disappointing I didn't get the main flower that I paid for. Especially because I choose these particular flowers due to their meaning. I spend extra money to get the bigger version but it still felt like I got the smaller version. I don't know if that was a mistake or if the "smaller" version is even smaller but it didn't feel justified that I paid more than 100 pounds for that. But I thought it was great that you guys called the person these flowers were meant for when she wasn't at home. Thank you for that! Best regards Minh~

Valentine’s present arrived after 21;30. The excuse was that the team was very busy, but if some one, a florist should be prepared in this dates, or shouldn’t take more orders if not posible to deliver on the arranged time. They refund me for the delivery, but I wish I could have cancel the order before it was delivered I had prepared a few things and by the time it arrived it was a bit useless.

However, Valentine's Day is an extremely busy time of the year. All florists prepare for this day one year in advance. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there were delays with timings. This we extend our apologies for. I know this is not ideal but I can see anrefund of delivery charges has been processed. I hope we can redeem ourselves in the future should you place an order with Floom.

I’ve ordered a bouquet of Roses and Peonies specifically because it had peonies. They are my friend’s favourite, but when they got delivered for her birthday there were only roses with something else. I had not been notified, which led to utter dissapointment. I would’ve chosen different flowers had I been given the chance. So won’t use their service again.

I ordered flowers 2 days ahead for my best friend's birthday. She lives in W11 so it should have been easy but the flowers never arrived. I called Floom and left messages as well as emailing, and in the evening i received a reply saying they were sorry but the flowers werte not able to be delivered and would i like a refund. As i told them in my reply, I found it absolutely useless to not haver caslled me during the day to inform me that it was not going to be possible so i could organise something else! In the end they were delivered in the afternoon of the following day and did not resemble the bouquet on the website at all - it was much smaller and the floiwers were mainly red instead of the blue and white i had requested. Veru diappointed and will not be using again!!

Order a bouquet for Valentine's day delivery about a week in advance and it never arrived. When I called in they said it would be delivered the following day. I received a "delivered" notification but it never showed up. Item was refunded but Valentine's day wasn't saved.
