I ordered a bouquet with wrapped and larger size paid so much they shorten the stenosis and didn’t give much flower and didn’t wrapped i Also they left with out any hard cover in a glass vase and with less flower arrangements and shorten the stem for the wind it fall and gone apart

flowers never arrived, its been over 4 days and still no one has contacted me. did the live chat thing with costumer service to get my money back hopefully they’ll give it back but it was very rushed and didn’t give me any assurance that it will happen, will see

Flowers never arrived, had to chase for an update multiple times and had nothing back. The day passed and the whole occasion was missed, so I tried to cancel the order, but was advised that, for some reason, they had to wait 24 hours before doing so? Despite me advising multiple times that the recipient wouldn’t be there to receive them as the scheduled delivery day was missed. Really disappointed by this whole experience, would absolutely not use Floom again if my life depended on it. Don’t offer delivery dates you can’t honour, provide no communication then refuse to cancel the order. Completely unacceptable. Will be telling everyone to never use Floom

Recipient never got the flower delivery. I called customer service yesterday afternoon to address this and never received a call back. I expected a replacement or a refund at the very least. Unacceptable and embarrassing.

It was a horrible experience, I was depending on this service from abroad and suddenly, the day before, I get my money refunded and was informed that the flowers could not be delivered. Will definitely never use this service again and most definitely not recommend this to anyone else

Hi Carl , thanks for taking the time to submit a review, we are so sorry you were disappointed, I can see we had to cancel your order as the florist had to close unexpectedly, our customer support team suggested an alternative florist and gave you a discount code to use so I'm sorry this was not any help to you.

They didn't deliver the flowers, and then didn't notify me. I had to ask the person who I was delivering to.

My experience with Floom was pretty bad. I had organised for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister a day before she and her partner had plans to go to the courthouse and get married. The flowers never arrived the day before and after messaging the team to get an update on where they were and why that happened, they weren’t able to get me an answer. Not to mention they said they needed 24 hours to sort the problem. By that time, my sister had already been married and purchased a different bouquet of flowers elsewhere. I was pretty disappointed by the entire situation and at the end of it all, they still couldn’t tell me what happened or if the flowers were being delivered late still. Instead they cancelled my order completely. I think the only good thing is that I received a full refund. Although I would have been pretty shocked if I didn’t.

I paid to deliver the flowers on Sunday, and I had to chase them as they didn’t deliver them and got delivered until Tuesday

What was delivered was one day late and not what I have ordered. This is not an acceptable service level I have attached the pictures of what I have ordered and what was ultimately delivered belatedly following at least 5 follow up emails.
