These flowers were dead in arrival, the heads fell off the roses when opening the box, the ones that stayed on are soft and brown. I have tried to contact you 3 times. Please photos

Hi Candice Im sorry you have been disappointed with your order. I understand your flowers werent delivered. I've looked into this matter. The florist did attempt to deliver your flowers, however, this has become a failed delivery as the recipient wasnt at home. I advise you contact support@floom.com whereby a Customer Services Representative will be able to follow this matter with the florist.

I reserved the flowers 4 days ago for delivering on 16 of February but maybe they will be delivery the next Monday. Floom told me the florist nobody founded but it’s a public bureau and the address was correct. Bad bad service

Hi Agnese Im so sorry that you were disappointed with delivery. I understand there were issues with the address. The only 2 instances this happens if 1) office block or 2) new development. We encourage our customers to include as much information as possible. Delivery never arrived. Got in contact with a rep and they said they’d get it resolved and get me in an email chain shortly. That was 2 days ago. Tried calling and getting on a chat again but neither seems to be available. Has to charge back the purchase to get my refund for never receiving anything

I am writing from the UK and we ordered from Floom for a very important client. We had notification the delivery had arrived but our client did not receive them. After many ignored messages for a week,I have finally received an email issuing a refund. Poor customer service. Such a shame because the photos looked lovely.

My flowers didnt get delivered on the day they were supposed to. I got informed really late and as it was a birthday I couldn't really change the date. It was really disheartening as I was excited for my boyfriend to receive them. The only compensation I got was to 15% discount on my next order and I dont even want to order again.

Placed an order for a next day delivery, flowers never showed and took 4 days and plenty of emails for Floom to confirm a refund. Not really sure what happened, but very disappointed and won’t be using Floom again.

I was excited to try a new flower delivery service in L.A. Floom has a great selection and reasonable prices. Delivery is where things went wrong. Birthday flowers delivered at 7:30pm are not birthday flowers--they are belated birthday flowers. Their delivery window states up until 6pm but the recipient was already out to dinner by 7:30pm when the flowers arrived, well past the stated window. Floom refused to make it right, stating the flowers were delivered at 5pm (which is STILL late for a birthday), but we have a time stamp from when the delivery service called the gate. At night. We arrived home after dinner to wilted flowers sitting on the porch.

The flowers I ordered were never delivered to the recipient. Floom blamed it on the florist partner and did absolutely nothing to rectify the matter. I asked for a refund or a new arrangement to be sent but they never gave me any satisfaction. I would never order from this company again. I am still out a considerable amount of money.

I ordered flowers on 3/12/2022 at 9:30am eastern time for same day delivery for a time sensitive gift. Nothing arrived on Saturday. Nothing arrived on Sunday. Even though I received a notification of delivery at 1pm. I then requested a refund and didn’t even receive a follow up response. I will never order from your company ever again.

i order flowers a lot with work. Decided to try this company and worst mistake ever. they delivered them a week late after i cancelled the order and havnt given me a refund. no communication or apology - perhaps the worst customer service i have ever received. am now going to have to report them to my bank to get my money back. don’t waste your time or money

This matter has been investigated with the florist - who has contacted your recipient and couldnt get through. However, the florist did say these flowers were left at reception. I ordered a bouquet for a close friend’s birthday that cost over $230 and it was never delivered! I tried reaching Floom after the 6PM delivery cutoff time and could not reach customer service by phone, chat and email until the following day. I was told the day after that the florist did not see the order come in until the day after my friend’s birthday. I’ve asked for a full refund and still have t heard back from them. Very disappointed for my first experience with this company.

Placed an order for a delivery and then it was randomly and unexpectedly refunded and I assumed cancelled with no explanation and no reply to my email asking what was up.

However, due to GDPR regulations, you're not privy to information that is confidential on the part of the florist's reason. Moving forward, I can see that a full refund has been processed. Very poor service. I asked for delivery on a Friday and called the next day (Saturday) to check and I was told it was “with the florist” and they couldn’t confirm if it will be delivered that day or the next day (Sunday). The customer service person said I would receive an email or a call on the Saturday to let me know if it will be delivered which I never received. Shocking service and won’t be using your services again.
