Hi Mustafa I'm so sorry that you're disappointed with the service. I have looked into the reasons why this may be the case related to your order. You have contacted the Customer Service Team regarding the colour of flowers in your bouquet. This I can see has been resolved and you have been provided with an apology and refund. This is the second time I have used the service and sadly it’s the second time I have had a problem. Flowers were either very late, or not delivered at all.

Hi Laura I'm so sorry about this. I understand your flowers weren't delivered. This unfortunately was due to unforeseen circumstances. Im so sorry that this happened the second time. Terrible experience. I paid for same-day delivery in advance of the required deadline, did not receive the delivery, had to chase for an update myself the following day, submitted a complaint and request for compensation and received no further contact. Shoddy and amateur customer service - I am currently advising all contacts against using your company.

My flowers were delivered to the wrong apt! Even though I specified in the delivery notes! Apt downstairs!!

This company is disgusting. Didn’t deliver the flowers order (sympathy flowers, sent after a close family member died), didn’t pick up the phone, didn’t respond to any of my THREE voicemails (left over the course of three days), no email notifications, no communication to say the flowers hadn’t been delivered and, of course, no refund. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

My same-day flower order wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to. When it eventually showed up as “delivered” (two days late) it was never actually received by the recipient. I’m still waiting on my refund.

The flowers were dead upon receiving them. I would at least a refund or a gift card for compensation.

Couldn’t get me the bouquet I wanted, despite the order going through. When I received an email, there was no legitimate reason as to why they cancelled my order. Unreliable.

I paid extra for delievery on a specific day and they flowers did not arrive. I received an email that flowers were delivered and have not been received. I have call the company several times and no one will answer the phone or return my phone call.

Hi Venita Im so sorry about this. I understand that you think the flowers werent delivered. I can Customer Services Team have been investigating this matter with the florist. The florist did try to deliver your order on the day. However, found out from the building staff that the recipient no longer works at the address. Furthermore, the florist also tried to contact the recipient via phone and was not successful. To move this matter further, I'll be sending you an email in how you would like to proceed next.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery, they arrived at 1800, and you will see on the left of my photo what I ordered vs what arrived, considerably smaller and of completely different colour pallet. I sent a complaint and Floom said they would refund me if the flowers were returned, they arranged a courier for the next day. The courier did not arrive after waiting all day, he did arrive the next day and the flowers were returned. 43 days later and after numerous emails and re-requests for photos and order numbers Floom have yet to refund me the £134.99 I paid.

Worst experience I’ve EVER had ordering flowers online. Didn’t deliver flowers to commemorate a baby’s passing and refused to refund me or even respond to my emails. AVOID - literally go anywhere else.

The service has gotten worse over the past few months. On multiple occasions including today I have had to follow up as deliveries haven’t been made on time and on one occasion never made. On that occasion I had to call Floom on multiple occasions to get my money back for a service that was never fulfilled.

Hi Tangai Im so sorry that you have been disappointed. I understand this order you're reviewing was for a December 28th order. If there are any other orders - please do relay those order numbers and I'll look into this for you. Unfortunately, at this time of the year (December) - the florist couldn't fulfil your order on time due to no flowers being delivered from Wholesalers over the festive period. Therefore, as a result, we had to cancel this order and process a full refund on 15th January. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

My flowers still haven’t been delivered days after they were supposed to be and when i asked about it they said it has been delivered but to the wrong address!!

Hi Emily I'm so sorry that you have been disappointed. I understand that this order has been delivered. I can see you have been in communication with the Floom Customer Services Team. I can see the flowers were delivered, however, your recipient wasn't at home. As a result, a card was dropped for the order to be collected from the courier depot. This had to be done as there was no safe place indicated on your instructions and no neighbours were in to accept the flowers. I hope this has now been resolved and your recipient enjoyed their gift of Flooms.

I don't think my order was received.. Couldn't guarentee time of delivery. I thought the recipient would acknowledge my gift. I never heard from him so I doubt he got them. Keep your money but being New York, I thought you'd do better

For the price the bunch of flowers were tiny which was very disappointing. Usually use bloom and wild, much cheaper price and more for money.
