Flowers were high quality and were delivered within the selected time frame but the app sent a delivery notification hours before actual delivery.

Paid $200 for a bouquet and it looked to be only 2/3 the size of the photo, including the vase that it was in. It was arranged like a traditional round bouquet I would get in a grocery store, and not in the organically natural and full way in the photo. I didn’t expect an exact replica, but the differences were enough where I felt scammed for the price I paid.

The orange flowers did not bloom. Very disappointing as they were the reason I bought the bunch. I attach a photo showing flowers at end of their useful life and orange flowers still not opened.

There were some issues with the website freezing during my transaction which caused concern that I would be either charged twice or have ordered two bouquets to be delivered, however it appears to have worked out on that front. The bouquet did arrive 24 hours late though...

The flowers where delivered on time, they also where also of a high quality and a nice mix. But I was very disappointed with the size for the price paid. They looked quite lost in our vase.

The Flowers I ordered were perfect in terms of the arrangement. Stunning. However, I had requested and was under the impression that I had paid for a vase with them as these were a custom selected bunch and I mentioned this in the description in order to add further luxury to the gift. I was disappointed that this did not come with the flowers.

I love that you consolidate unique florists in NYC! And this review would be 5 star- because the flowers were beautiful and the experience largely good- but my flowers were delivered without the note I wrote online, so my recipient didn't know who they were from and I was put in the awkward position of asking about them.

Polite and helpful support, and generous when the first choice proved unavailable. Living abroad, I had difficulty with the form (foreign post codes don't work). Might be a good idea to specify on the form what non-UK-residents should do.

The interface and checkout very easy... However the lack of clarity about how exactly the product was to be delivered was unsettling. In fact, though it was said it arrived and was left at reception desk at my girlfriend's rather large office buildin (I had said to text her phone as a first choice) at 4pm, an hour and a half before she normally leaves work, it didn't reach her desk until the following morning. In otherwords, I PAID for SAME DAY delivery of the product to the recipiant and it didn't reach the recipiant on the same day. WHY?

Flowers are great but couldn’t use the website on my iPhone, I was away and had no access to a computer. The iPhone site kept crashing. I ended up using a friends Android phone which meant the flowers came a day late.
