“They couldn't deliver at 9am in central London. Went for 10-11am instead and finally delivered at 1.21pm. Price could've been more competitive.”

“Delivery and service from the platform was great. Easy to use and punctual but I was disappointed with what the final product delivered was. It looked NOTHING close to what I had selected. I do not plan on ordering again. Floom should do a better job representing”

“Hi delivery was great and flowers were beautiful but the full text of the message wasn't included on the card. I'd written a question (as a joke) to my girlfriend, based on a popular Reddit thread. It was something like "My (m29) girlfriend (f28) is leaving the Guardian. Will sending her flowers stop her becoming weird and isolated". I think it was maybe misinterpreted as a genuine question on my part, though. Perhaps in future if you were uncertain you could contact the purchaser. Otherwise everything great.”

“The flowers were beautiful for two days and then they died. The reason I chose the arrangement I did was because of the lovely ceramic container shown in picture online. I was told the flowers came in a plain container. I am very disappointed with both issues. You were good about letting me know the order was placed and that they were delivered.”

“Website was good but doesn’t allow you to search by delivery date so you end up wasting alot of time. Once my preferred date of delivery showed up, the checkout process was smooth and the product was delivered on time. But the flowers themselves were stale and half-dead. My wife appreciated the gesture but the flowers themselves seemed like they had seen some rough days”

“Be careful of the free delivery offer. My own fault.... I didn't have my eyes open, so didn't copy the "code" to get the offer, so when the deal was sealed there was not free delivery, AND Floom would NOT honor it. They essentially said "better luck next time." Still waiting to review of actual flowers.”

“I felt like the delivery information on the day of delivery could be improved. I was given a very broad time frame. When dealing with flowers for loved ones, I fell a more specific timeframe should be provided”

“This business delivered my daughter’s bday flowers 10 days early. I specified the date of delivery when I ordered the flowers but they didn’t look at the instructions. The flowers they delivered were beautiful. Too bad they were early.”

“Hi! The flower quality was great -- the only issue we had was with the delivery driver. When he called to find the address he was very rude, told us repeatedly that we were wrong and provided him with wrong information, and when I pulled up a map to help direct him to the correct location he tried to tell me the address I had give him was across town when it was in fact just a block over from where he was. I'm glad that I had listed my number instead of our client who was to receive the arrangement.”

“The arrangement was beautiful and looked just like in the photo, and it was delivered on time. However, the handwritten note was not handwritten but printed onto a stapled piece of paper that cut my hand when I tried opening it. It was also hidden - the recipient of the flowers didn't know there was a note until I checked for her.”

“The flowers were not delivered on the delivery date (a birthday surprise ruined) AND I had to ask for a partial refund (poor customer service). Fortunately, when the flowers arrived, the recipient found them to be stunning.”
