You couldn't deliver my flowers to a hospital and then couldn't deliver to an alternative address. No offer of compensation was made.

The flowers that were delivered to my friend were wilting. We also think the flowers got mixed up as my friend received a sympathy card rather than her birthday card that I wrote. I would like my flowers resent or receive my money back. I am not sure if this is an issue with Floom or the delivery service, door dash. Thank you!

Unfortunately the “same day” order didn’t arrive until about 2pm the following day, entirely missing the lunch celebration the flowers were to be presented at. The supplier was Pinks and Roses.

I paid for same day, but my order was delivered 2 days late. V disappointed in the service. And I asked for a refund after 24 hrs and they still went ahead and delivered another day later.

I was shocked at the service I got from Floom. I specifically chose the date of delivery for a very important reason. The flowers were delivered 2 days late, looked horrible, and weren't even received by the right people because they were late. What a waste. All my attempts at communication have been ignored. Even my request for a refund for the shocking state of the flowers. Don't recommend using this company, especially from abroad. Had I known what a pain this would be, I would have tracked down a local mom & pop shop to support.

I ordered my flowers after business hours PST and called the next day before business hours PST to cancel an order as the recipient had to leave town. There was no way the florist had started working on the bouquet. I called customer service and not only did the representative do nothing, but she said she would call back to see what she could do and never did. Never ordering with Floom again!

I asked and paid for same day delivery and yet it arrived 2 days late and I did not get refunded for the 25 dollar same day delivery fee.

Ordered "The Bright One-Delux" bouquet ( £93) on the 11th October and delivered on the 12th. Mike Miner( Head of Customer Experience) asked me to review on the 12th. I advised him that I was extremely disappointed as the card inside did not contain my message (which was very sentimental), so that gesture was lost. My Mother then had to ring several members of the family to ascertain who sent them-Never received a response from Mr Miner. Further disappointment on viewing the flowers as the bouquet was exceptionally small with some flowers already dying-A complete rip-off.

Despiete ordering in advance, for a special occasion, the flowers never turned up. And no one contacted me to say the order was not going to turn up. I had to email the day after they were ment to be delivered to find out what was going on. Only to be told they can't fulfil the order. On top of this I still have not been refunded yet.

Hi Karthik , thanks for taking the time to leave us a review,. I've checked and can it appears the florist sent the wrong order to your recipient, I can see our our customer support team arranged an full refund but I can understand your disappointment not getting the correct arrangement on the day.

Ordered flowers for my godmother’s 60th days in advance. Floom cancelled on the day because they didn’t have a delivery driver. It was too late to order from someone else so my godmother had no flowers, which was really embarrassing as looked like I hadn’t bothered. Customer service didn’t even bother replying when I complained.

At this day my flowers have not arrived, nor i got a reimbursement. Its the first time i used Floom and i would never recommend it.
