I searched Google for "flower delivery" and found Floom. I searched the site for "birthday flowers" ideas and found that category. I found a unique looking arrangement in the shape of a teddy bear for my daughter. A red teddy bear with a pink heart. I ordered it for delivery for her birthday while I was out of town for work. I learn after it arrives that it wasn't actually real flowers, despite the product page having instructions for how to care for the flowers and despite the reviews on that page explicitly mentioning how fresh the flowers were. Also, there was no pink heart. I contacted support requesting a refund, and after one or two initial follow ups... they are now ghosting me. I ordered the flowers on Friday, November 11 for a delivery of Saturday, Nov. 12. I received an email from Floom that my order was delivered on Nov. 13. However, the recipient did not find any flowers. I specified that if no one was home, the flowers should be taken to reception. I received no phone call and neither did the recipient. I had trouble reaching anyone at Floom on Nov. 14 to track down the order. Finally, I was told that the flowers were left at the apartment door and I would receive a picture of the delivery. I have not received this picture, no resolution has been determined and no flowers have been received. I tried again today, Nov. 16 to reach someone at Floom and the recording said (2x) that no one is available. At this point, I would like to have the order delivered or my money refunded. Please connect me with someone who can do this. The surprise and delight of receiving the flowers has passed and at this point I will give a very negative review for this company. Order number is fe30c3a.

Please note that I paid US95 for a bouquet for my cousin in Florida for her birthday last Friday however they did arrive on Friday in a very poor condition and were dying by Saturday and all died by yesterday

Hi Harrie, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I'm so sorry you were disappointed, I can see our customer support team have been working with you to resolve this. . I understand your arrangement did not look 100% identical to the website image, the arrangement delivered had all of the correct stems but due to flowers being inherently variable in size and tonality and you ordering a different size the arrangement was not 100% identical to the picture, the variable nature of flowers is such that this will occasionally be the case . Despite this, to try to make it up to you we gave you a small refund and our florist partner offered to deliver a different arrangement but this was not accepted. I'm really sorry that we were unable to thrill you with our flowers on this occasion.

My flowers were never delivered. When I messaged the chat asking for help, they said they’d check in with the florist then never gave me an update despite repeated attempts to check in. I’m so disappointed in this service and so mortified that the recipient now thinks I forgot her birthday.

Terrible service. Order was placed a week in advance yet never delivered on the day. Still no idea when it will be delivered. Called and followed up several times yet no definite answer. Never using Floom again.

Send wedding flowers from a local shop, never showed up while I had promised the couple they would be arriving because the Floom customer service (which are impossible to reach especially jn weekends) were reassuring me they would...when they didn't they kept telling me they would the next day which didn't happen and long story short they reached out days later giving me 15% off and apologising with a standard message. Needless to say the couple never got the bouquet they deserved on their special day.

I am extremely upset by the service. Paid for same day delivery of flowers, they did not arrive… day 3 still not arrived… they have taken £55 from account. I sent several messages again yesterday - no reply. This was a very dear friends birthday, they have let me down, taken money and not responded…. Please please do not use this website to order flowers !!!

I can see the arrangement you ordered was described and shown in the website images as being in a small Mexican coffee cup and is a cute petite arrangement of artisanal blooms but I'm sorry you were disappointed and your feedback will be passed on to our florist partner.

First time ordering from floom and will be my very last. At first, they didn't deliver on the date I placed for same-day delivery, I placed the order around 11 am. I feel as if my day was wasted as I kept looking at my messages to see if they were sent or not, after 6 pm I rang customer service and they said to wait a bit longer but nothing. The next day I rang and someone said they will send out the flowers which did get sent out but the flowers were completely different. So I rang and they said they will offer a refund once they pick up the flowers. but the problem was I sent these flowers to someone who suffers from severe depression and who lost both parents in 2020 and 2021 so that was the last thing I was going to do. They agreed to a 15% refund which I still wasn't happy about the run around I just didn't need it and completely ruin the whole experience and was not worth the hassle. I just wished they got it right the first time so I didn't have to do all the chasing. All that time-wasting I just didn't need! plus you can see in the picture the discolouration on the small roses kinda wilting, which was not worth it. That was taken on the day the flowers were received
