“What I love is the selection of unique, not boring arrangements. The flowers were delivered on time which was good. I was very annoyed that they didn’t use the right vase, since that was part of my reason for choosing it. Also, it looked about 20% scanter than the image and a few pieces were sloppy. One long leaf looked wayward and sickly. Overall it was good compared to what’s out there and I’d give it another try.”

“The flowers were beautiful and promptly delivered but no gift card was attached so the recipient didn’t know where they came from. I would order from them again but would make sure I talked to someone instead of filling out gift card online.”

“I was slightly disappointed. I received an amazing arrangement from my bosses and loved the quality and uniqueness of Floom arrangements. So, I decided to order flowers for a friend that had moved to a new job. The flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like the image on your website. Although my friend said she loved them, it wasn't what I ordered. While I don't expect an exact copy of the website photo, I at least expect the arrangement to resemble what I ordered. I need to order flowers for another friend that has made a career move and now I find myself wondering if I want to chance it again with Floom. Thought I had found a winner, but I'm not sure now.”

“Thee flowers looked beautiful however the aftercare is very poor. The people in the office are very lack lustre and don’t seem to have much information when asked about delivery details.”

“Booking was a breeze, customer service was great and delivery arrived sooner than the estimated time frame. Unfortunately, the item itself was a variation of the image on the site. I had hoped my receiver would get a glass vase as shown in the photos, but that wasn’t the case. Also flower arrangement was not as put together as website product listing.”

“I was so excited to find Floom. It was easy to navigate, had great options, the delivery was seamless. But it was very unfortunate that there are not dimensions of the plant/pot included in the item description. I purchased an aloe plant, and it was MUCH smaller than I expected or what the pictures conveyed. The pictures made it look like it was large enough to be an outside plant, but it turned out to barely be large enough to be a small table centerpiece.”

“Arrived on time and was adequate. Closed freesias always look sad but, inevitably, they perked up. I tried to compare it to the picture but that seems to have been taken down. You claim What you see is what you get so maybe a stem count will help manage expectations in terms of quantity.”
