L'ordine non è mai arrivato, ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti che ha provato a mettersi in contatto con il fiorista senza successo. Ho scelto questo servizio anche se costava un po' di più, perché diceva di effettuare la consegna il giorno dopo ma non sono Stati rispettati i termini!

Absolutely unprofessional! My same day delivery wasn’t processed and delivered at all - even for the next day! I spent hours communicating with the support, but the only reply was that my order was still with florist. (The florist who hadn’t even received my order as it turned out) Your work ruined my surprise for a friend’s birthday! Absolutely negative and disappointing experience.

I ordered a yellow "Happy Day Bouquet" and paid for the same-day delivery. But that deliver in op one day late, and also the flower was most white not yellow. The white flowers mean sympathy in my culture. I am very disappointed.

Flowers never arrived. Then a day after the delivery date they was marked as delivered a day early. Convenient. I was addressed by my surname in emails. The customer service was absolutely shocking. I still don't know where I stand. No offer of a refund or anything. Emails are now being ignored. Very very poor service.

Bouquet was not as described. The Roses were not fresh and quite damaged, with 10 flowers instead 15. The complaint with photos was sent 4 days ago (2nd October 2022 at 10:27). NOBODY RESPOND. I paid £50 but it was not worth a penny. No recommend.

I paid over $130 and what I got delivered was small and aged. As a resolution, I was given $13 back. End of story. Never again.

My order never arrived and then I had to call you guys on it, ask what happened, and then one week later you gave me a refund. You have a tracking system for a reason and should use it. What happened with the breakdown of service? I got no explanation for why the order never happened. I won’t be recommending you guys or using you again.

I ordered a vase and flowers for my fiancée as a surprise. The vase was smashed, the flowers were dead and Floom customer service became unresponsive after a few hours. Delivery was also far outside the agreed window. Avoid at all costs.

This website is a scam? We spent over £100 ordering flowers which never turned up. We called their customer service it was a bad phone line and the person said they would call back but they never did, We called back again 2hours later and the person hung up. I connected with them on their chat and the person said they couldn’t get hold of the florist. Then we get an email saying ‘our florist isn't able to deliver to your recipient's area’. I want my money back!

I did the order on Wednesday 28-9-2022 and the time of the delivery was on Thursday 29-9-022, But the order was delivered on Friday 30-9-2022 so I miss the occasion. even I go for live chat with you but nobody helps me, Really Very bad service.

Not very reliable. Flowers were for an anniversary and they didnt deliver the day agreed. In addition, they told me that they were not going to deliver the same day of delivery at 6PM, so no way to solve the problem.

I had a terrible experience with a recent order I placed with Floom and plan to never use your service or recommend your service to friends. I rarely post reviews online but I took an exception here and posted my feedback on Google Reviews. Your support team repeatedly ignored my request to cancel my order and refund me, so I went ahead and filed a complaint with my credit card company and also lodged a complaint with BBB.

I ordered flowers for a friend before 1pm for next day delivery. The next day after 5pm they call the recipient but she has already left work. Delivered following day around 1-2pm. Toooooo late! She had one half day to enjoy at work. For this price I expected better service.

The customer service is awful :( even though the flower I sent for my brother's birthday never arrived, they cut off me during the chat. It's been 2 days, and they have not refunded the money and I have to dispute the transaction. I would never recommend anybody trust this company. You let me down Floom.
