Unfortunately our flowers died quite soon after arrival, and not consistently - some were dead in a few days the others survived about a week. Did not make for a £95 experience!

Poor delivery!!! I ordered flowers a week from Valentine’s Day to get sent to My girlfriends work! Which they didn’t arrive till 5pm when she has left and then had to ring her to find out where she is to get them delivered, she ended up getting them about 630pm at her house! Apart from that beautiful flowers

Thru no fault of Floom...the flowers were delivered day late and with the cold weather we’re having, they weren’t at there best after a night in the cold... Sorry to leave poor feedback but it’s the truth...we only went with floom has I received the most beautiful bouquet from them last year...

The flowers arrived dead on 5pm, they were upside down with water spilt and a lot smaller than I thought especially for the price. A few of the leafs looked a bit dead, not the best.

The flowers were beautiful! but they were delivered at 6:30 pm should have been between 10am and 5pm! A bit late!!

Delivery was note received as requested on date. Florist lied about delivering but delivered following day. However if I request for a delivery on a certain day their is a reason for that.

The flowers were ordered and delivered on 2nd October which was great. Unfortunately the flowers began to wilt by the end of 3rd and petals were falling off by the morning of the 4th.

I ordered flowers for a friend , the flowers initially delivered but not to my friend, had to call and chase to have it reordered again.

Bouquet was huge and beautifully arranged. Sunflowers were subbed out for more foliage which was disappointing - but understandable. The flowers did die very quickly however. No issue with floom but supplier might want to consider measures to extend plant life

Very disappointing...flowers not delivered on time or to the right place. The surprise recipient had to intervene which totally blew the surprise. However, they did try to compensate very sincerely so that's why I can say "acceptable"
