Said to order before time limit to get it on Valentine’s Day. So I did and I didn’t get it on Valentine’s Day. On top of this it says it’s delivered when it never has arrived.

the rose quality and packages were very poor with simple separate paper wraps, not worth for the payment !

Awful. I ordered on 2/13 for delivery on 2/14 and it arrived 2/15 at 7pm? Flowers looked depressed at that point. A truly terrible experience.

Flowers arrived and were damaged, bag broken, flowers falling out of the bag. Just not described as advertised. Have already been offered 15% discount for a new order as an apology but you offer that anyway as an incentive to order again…so that’s not customer services as I won’t be ordering again

The flower arrangement was poor quality and it was nothing like the images. I paid £94 and it looked like a supermarket bouquet.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! (Check photo of their advertisement, compared to what I received) Wanted to order my beloved girlfriend a bouquet for Valentine's day, and I can tell you it has become a complete disaster. I ordered the day before, where I was kind of surprised they still allowed "Next Day Delivery", as I expected them to have a very busy day. Yet, I went for it. Ordered a bouquet called "Ocean Waves" meaning it would be full blue roses with orchids and eucalyptus for £65 plus £6.95 delivery charge. Then hell started. Floom guarantee delivery between 10am and 6pm, yet my girlfriend was left waiting until 9:33pm where she was on the way to bed, and it was at this time the flowers arrived. The flowers she received, was first of all discoloured on 6 out of the 7 blue roses she received. Floom later claimed through their customer support that the roses would be "A little light around the edges", however this was not the case, there was areas of the blue roses, which was not coloured at all. Secondly, on their advertisement photo, there is a minimum of 14 blue roses and 10 orchid leafs, I received 7 blue roses and 5 orchid leafs, and on the product description, there is no information such as "You will receive precisely X amount of this and X amount of that" - Meaning, the only thing I could go by, was their advertisement photo. I have not received what was on that photo. I could have gone to my local florist to get more flowers, for less of a price. Here comes the worst part. I contacted Floom to claim a refund, as they have completely destroyed Valentine's day in terms of flowers. Not only have I been ignored in live chat with them, but when they finally did present a solution, they offered a 20% refund + Refunding the delivery charge + giving me 20% off my next order. Here is my problem with that. I have been mislead into buying a product, that does not accurately represent what I received, this is complete false advertisement and under the The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, I will be eligible for a FULL REFUND. Next to this, offering me 20% off on my next order feels like a slap in the face, as why would I ever order from here again, when I have already been scammed once? Their customer support is dreadfully painful to deal with and if you call the company, they make you wait and hang up on you, no matter how many times you call. I have reached out to Floom multiple times asking them to call me, to resolve the situation, but they refuse to give me a call. I will advise everyone reading this review to stay far far away from this company, as they treasure a one time payment more than a returning customer. I have proof of all of this, and I will pursue a full refund for this.

Ordered flowers for valentines and was assured it would be delivered on the day (even paid £9.99 specific delivery) Now 16th February, flowers haven’t arrived and they’re saying via online chat that they have arrived despite there being no confirmation email. Avoid at all costs

Delivery email was a lie, no response from customer services yet (over 24 hours but it was supposed to be for valentine's day so I guess they're busy) but I was foolishly asked to write this review. So far my experience with Floom involved paying them £50 for an email.

I have used floom many times and usually, it's great, but this time around the flower just never arrived. I had to call and request a refund the next day. But it is absurd there was no communication or anything from the florist, upon further review from customer service they found that they just never made or sent the flowers. Very disappointing!!
