DREADFUL. I specially ordered white roses and the arrangement was all lilies and one solitary rose so it looked like a Sympathy arrangement rather than an Engagement bouquet. I realise they substitute items but this was ridiculous. Also no fabric around the vase as per description.It was tiny and cost me $145 (£110). I should have been told there were no roses available so I could make a different choice. Although they managed to find "one" which looked suspiciously like a peony to me. Managed to turn a romantic arrangement into a funeral display.

I was quite disappointed by the fact that the plant I ordered did not arrive on time (by 6 pm Oct 9th). Also, I was not able to connect to any human by phone about the delay. I did have an email exchange with Floom, but never got a concrete answer on how long the delay was.

They failed to deliver flowers on a saturday for a very special occasion and left me hanging until Monday with no accountability and then said the would credit the charges. NOT the point.

The service takes no responsibility for the quality of the bouquet and there is no sizing information available when buying flowers. The only metric is price so if you buy something relatively cheap it’s going to be small and disappointing despite what the picture might indicate. No refunds or apology just a discount coupon for future purchases. IMHO just go to your local florist probably better prices and far better customer service.

Terrible. Ordered multiple days in advance to get my girlfriend flowers before leaving for her birthday vacation for the delivery to not to get there before we left. Keep in mind that I agreed to pay the expensive amount for your service because it said delivery was between 11am and 6pm - this certainly wasn’t the case as my neighbor had to receive the flowers for us after we had already left at 7:30pm! Absolutely ridiculous and I truly hope to get refunded for this as the experience was horrible.

Flowers were bought for a 50th birthday gift. Recipient was not in and courier was instructed to leave with a neighbour but didn’t do so, so flowers were not received. Apparently, being redelivered the next day.

Very disappointed with the company as I choose to have delivered a birthday bouquet and it wasn’t delivered the same day, not even next day! Made me feel stupid!

i got my manager flowers after coming out from the hospital. floom didnt even check the post code and just looked at first line of address and delivered it to kensington aster house to an air bnb not to his house aster house which is in paddington. he had to be called by the air bnb person and had to call floom himself to get his own flowers delivered. very poor and embarrassing. so disappointed, i need compensation because it was not a surprise for him

very disappointed. I have bought a surprise bouquet for my sister's 40th birthday but it never arrived on the right day although someone from floom had told me on the phone that the bouquet was on its way in the evening ( later than the original delivery time already). It only arrived the next day in the morning without any apologies from floom. Birthday surprise was a fail.

I ordered $100+ of flowers and got a delivery confirmation, but the flowers were not delivered. I called to understand the problem but have not received any detail on the issue yet or gotten my money back.

I’ve ordered flowers same day delivery. It never arrived, there was no updates and nobody to speak to. However your team returned the money the day after. Didn’t have a good experience.

Floom charged me for same day shipping and did not deliver same day and they refuse to help me until they speak to the florist who hasnt responded in days.

Placed an order at 10am for same day delivery, only to be told at 5:30pm that the florist couldnt deliver the order due to the fuel shortage. I understand this was an unprecedented situation, however I called Floom twice during the day to ensure there wasnt anything wrong with the order and that they would confirm with the florist. The Floom platform should make it easier for such situations to be avoided, as communication to the customer is poor, relies on a middle person and creates ambiguity. Offer tracking for same delivery orders, when you charge customers £10

Hi Anthony, we're really sorry this florist had to cancel at the last minute. At the moment as they are independent vendors many of our florists opt to use their own transport to deliver so there is no tracking but rest assured as soon as problems are made aware to us we will always inform the customer and proceed as they prefer.
