Didn't get the flowers I wanted for mothers day and was offered no refund even after having sent pictures. Won't use Floom again.

Hi Harriet, I'm so sorry that your order was not delivered to your recipient on the desired date. I can see the delay request was declined and as a result a full refund was provided. I know this was not ideal and I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - FLOWERS LEFT TO DIE, FLORIST RUDE TO MY MOTHER ON MOTHERS DAY. NO ATTEMPT TO CALL OR LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR AS APPARENTLY ITS "POLICY"

They took money for Mother’s Day flowers which they confirmed at the time of the order that they could but on Mother’s Day they told me they couldn’t deliver ..Leaving it too late for me to make alternative arrangements ! Very Poor service !

Terrible! My flowers did not get delivered on time or two days after so I cancelled the order. Will never use Floom or recommend to anyone.

Earlier, I ordered some flowers for a grieving friend who had just lost someone very close to her, and paid for same day service (ordered pre 12pm to an address in central london so not a huge ask). They still haven't arrived and I'm unable to reach anyone at Floom on the phone. The person I spoke to on the chat couldn't trace the flowers and told me I would be refunded only if the flowers haven't shown up in the next 24 hours. Which is WILD since I paid for same day delivery. I'm so stupid because I've ordered from Floom before, and this exact same thing happened (only it wasn't quite so time sensitive). I just assumed it was a bad day, but now I realise that's not the case. I just don't understand why you'd over-promise on something like flowers? And why you wouldn't have any sort of customer support if you're prone to false promises...

The flowers stunk of cigarette smoke from the delivery driver, the tissue wrapping them is incredibly tacky and cheap. Not to mention the flowers arrived 30 minutes past 6pm. I waited all day for this, and now I have to hand my fiance flowers that stink of cigarettes. First and last time I ever use Floom, crushingly disappointing.

The flowers I bought for my wife die our first anniversary died within 48 hours. Very disappointed as they were expensive..

They did not send the bouquet I ordered. The one that was sent was obviously cheaper and I asked the customer service team about it but haven’t heard back… waste of money.

Very frustrating experience - I ordered flowers for a memorial, to be delivered the following day - I received no communication that the arrangement was delayed and then I had to call/text multiple times to get any response. Ultimately, they were unable to fulfill the order and refunded it - but it was a real let down.

my order was not delivered on time and I doubt it was delivered at all, I can't ask the person if they received it, but i have a feeling it was not delivered - and regardless it was meant to be delivered on a specific day and time and that was not done

Hi Sam, Sophie, Victor, Charlie and Aiylah, Finally the replacement arrived in my friend hands, but the vase was broken, please see the attached images. This task, this service eventually completed with 20 email chain below, 5 to 6 customers sercive agents since 3 March 2022, such a long run business deal….. The packing of the vase was broken during the delivery, how can I say?! I really can’t say it out I am happy experience with FLOOM but I would thank you all the agents responding my email with checking and checking and checking and checking and checking ….. Hope all the agents are happy because won’t receive my email anymore ….. bye-bye everyone! ….. I won’t believe the google search again!!

You charge a $15 dollar delivery fee and the delivery guy refused to bring the package to my apartment even after I asked him over the phone. Nearly half of the water spilled out of the container. I’d like to be refunded. I’ve ordered from here several times and have been very happy, but will need to reconsider going forward

I was very upset that the flowers I had chosen and paid for were not available but I was only informed of this on the day of delivery and after the substitute flowers had been delivered. The flowers were not to my liking and inferior in quality to those I had chosen and paid for. I find this level of service totally unacceptable

I will never order from Floom ever again. Flowers that got delivered look nothing like what I ordered. The bouquet was supposed to have Dahlias in it but instead I got daisies. $135 for daisies. Also the color scheme was completely off. Extremely disappointed and I want a full refund because this was an extreme disappointment.
