“The flowers were beautiful however they did not arrive on time despite paying extra for delivery on the expected day and the glass vase was broken when I picked up the flowers. Unfortunate.”

“Thank you. I was called to make a different selection as my original choice was not available. this call assumed I knew what the new choices looked like. I don't know how this could be improveds. Maybe byending images via WhatsApp before calling???”
