“I sent flowers NZ to UK. Process easy. Flowers delivered on time. Excellent. Suggestion, A photo of the delivered flowers would be great to receive from Floom. To see the flowers purchased, so you don’t have to ask the person who received them if were they were okay. I don’t know who delivered them or if they were damaged.”

“The flowers have not been delivered on the date of occasion, it was delivered in the middle of the next night, dropped off on the ground floor. So my sister hasn't received her present as she already has left. The email "your order has been delivered" was sent 00:30am, and the order status on the website was also "delivery in the process". I have asked for the refund but the customer support didnt approve it, saying that the flowers have been delivered. Very disappointed experience as I have paid for the present that my sister hasn't received.”

“Very disappointed with these flowers ! What my daughter got was about half or less the flowers shown in the photo online ! Feel I was ripped off ! Also the bouquet was left uncovered out in the rain ! You had both our phone numbers so one of us should have been contacted when no one was home. Previous experience with you was great but certainly not this one . I would expect another set of flowers be sent or some kind of refund.”
