Easy and efficient. Delivery on time too . Only difficulty was using the website on my phone, I wasn’t able to checkout and had to start again on my laptop.

Hi Christina Thank you for taking the time to review Floom. I understand the only issue you experienced was accessing the website on Floom. The website works best on the google chrome platform. In future, I would recommend to access the Floom website on Google browser rather than Firefox or Safari. Hope this helps.

The website was very hard to use. Flowers unavailable in 3 days were suddenly available in 1 day. I almost didn't send them because I could not schedule delivery.

Hi Julie Im so sorry that you've had trouble with accessing the website. In ordering products on the website, it is very much dependent on the zip code. If the available florist has that product, the website will show this or not. This is why there was a difference in 3 days before and then suddenly being available. Either way, I've relayed your comments to Floom Tech Team. I hope your recipient enjoyed their gift of Flooms.

THe delivery was on time and was notified, but for almost $150, I thought it was a relatively stingy arrangement.

Did not receive an order or delivery confirmation, had to call to get confirmation. Flowers themselves were beautiful.

In regards to the delivery notification, Im sorry that you didnt receive this. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist wasnt able to update on the system. I did not get an order confirmation that the flowers were delivered until the next day, after they were delivered. I was really worried the flowers were not coming since they can get delivered really late in the day, which I did not realize.

Hi! My order was okay, but the message was hand written in very VERY poor and nearly unlegible handwriting and I was extremely disappointed. That affected the overall success of my gift.

My order was supposed to come between 10-6, waited around all day and it never showed. I received an email at 9pm saying it’d been delivered but it hadn’t. The next day around 11am it arrived but no one knocked on my door or anything, left on the doorstep for anyone to take

Flowers very fresh but flower arrangement very different from website ; delivered early afternoon so quite good time though . Nonetheless feel a bit short changed as wanted to give my daughter a surprise Valentine bouquet since she’s so far away in London

The person who delivered the flowers didn’t bring them to the door. He left them on the floor at the entrance of the building .

The flowers came at the very end of the day and was smaller and less full than the online photo had shown, with some flowers looking wilted.

My flowers were delivered with half my note missing and the note was typed not hand-written like it said on the Floom website.
