Good bouquet, but delivered a day late. This was for a birthday so the delivery date does matter.

lovely presentation;but the roses in the bunch were dying There was no name on the delivery and when i telephoned to speak to you i was told that you could not devolve any information What a total nonsense Not good for business

At first I was disappointed because, ordering from half a world away, the flowers that were delivered appeared to be much fewer than in the photograph on the website. However, they lasted well and were appreciated by the recipient.

I was keen to reorder a bouquet this Mother’s Day as it had been well received a previous year. Using the postcode function none of the nationwide retailers were listed. After a bit of digging I found the florist used previously. The bouquet was packed full of blooms but was significantly smaller than previous years, despite being the same price (and no option to make larger). Unfortunately the gift message was also not included, which is a bit of an oversight.

Bouquet was smaller than expected (especially for the money that was spent). I had hoped it would arrive in the morning (as requested) but it didn't arrive until the early afternoon. Flowers were in condition and overall presentation was nice, but small.

Appreciate the it was easy to place an order from US for a delivery in UK. The flowers were nice, but delivered a date late.

Good selections. However, the search function needs work. Clicking into a bouquet and then pressing back will reset all of the bouquets, the search parameters , and the order of the bouquets so its very difficult to find things again or keep specific things in mind. I would suggest making opening bouquets in a new tab the standard so that the original search remains unaffected

Promote "same day delivery" - but most of the delivery options were not same day, which was severely limited. Worse, it showed many products as "same day" and when you clicked on it - it had earliest as another time.

Hi Tyler Im so sorry you couldnt find same day delivery options for your zip code. This is very much dependent on the time you place your order. If the order placed is 2pm - for the majority of the florists this is their delivery cut off time. The other reason could be that in that particular zip code - florists may not be offering same day delivery. I hope that there was an eventually time slot that did work for you to place an order.

I have used floom 3x now and really loved the idea of being able to select flowers from aggregated local flower shops. However when I encountered an issue (charged my card but purchase didn’t process on Floom.com) I had to jump through hoops to reach customer service and had to follow up twice (2nd CS person was way more helpful and informative). Site could use more filter options and overall I will give it another chance but not being able to easily access CS during issues makes me wary.

When this happens, the CS Team have to liaise with the Tech Team. This is not resolved instantly and can take the duration of the day. In which, the cut off time for delivery is passed. Excellent service delivery, I needed to change the delivery date after placing my order and the response was excellent. However, for what I paid for the flowers, I am disappointed with the quantity of flowers. The quality is lovely, but very few flowers for the cost.

Beautiful, gorgeous bouquet and next day delivery. Couldn’t be happier and/or satisfied. That being said—the website is very buggy. I cannot log in via Google, so have to check out as a guest every time I order flowers

The delivery was delayed by over an hour and a half on the latest proposed time. The handwriting on the card was almost illegible And the exact flowers advertised were not delivered. Disappointing.

The bouquete looked different from the image, though it was pretty anyway and the receiver enjoyed it a lot. However, I left a clear direction of delivery time during the checkout but the courrier arrived too early and it was very embarrasing (there was a reason for specific time of delivery).

Disappointing - on Friday I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday I received a phone call to say that they could not be delivered before Monday or Tuesday. They were delivered on Tuesday.

Hi Christine I'm so sorry that you have been disappointed. I understand your flower delivery was delayed. Unfortunately, there were unforeseen circumstances related to flower wholesaling. The florist wanted to provide the best quality and freshest flowers and as a result, delivered them on Tuesday. This was an issue that we couldn't prevent.
