Great delivery and flowers. I was just disappointed with the size of the bouquet for the price paid.

the website worked really well and the delivery time & next day delivery was excellent . The flowers themselves were a little disappointing for the price .

Thanks so much, Asma, for your positive feedback about Floom. Our delivery window is from 10-6pm local time, though on peak holidays like Mother's Day, the delivery window is often extended into the evening to allow our florists ample time to complete deliveries. I'm sorry to hear you were expecting delivery earlier on and that this did not happen, but ultimately happy the flowers found their way to the recipient.

The flower was nice, but I had only one request about the delivery (to deliver it after 3 pm) which nobody really cared about as the bouquet arrived before 3 pm.

Thanks Ferenc for your feedback about Floom! We really appreciate hearing from our customers. Unfortunately it does state during the checkout process that the delivery window is between 10-6pm. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery requests like the one you requested. I hope you can understand that we do the best we can, but are not always able to accommodate for a variety of factors you would not have awareness to. That said, thank you for shopping with Floom and for your feedback!

3 hours late on the delivery. Busy day, but if you say 10 AM to 6 PM, 9 PM is unacceptable. No apology, no refund.

I was very surprised at how small the bouquet ended up being, even after paying for the larger size. I purchased the “tropical” bouquet but it ended up being freshia and tulips and looked closer to something from Safeway than “artisnal”.

The best part about my experience was that the flowers that were delivered were beautiful and good quality. The driver was also very kind and corteous; however, the delivery was made outside the promised delivery window which complicated things for the recipient. I tried to get updates using the chatbot but it would take long to respond and never truly resolved my issue. As beautiful as the flowers were, due to the tardiness of the delivery (especially seeing as how they charge a large-ish sum for it), I do not think I will use this service again.

While the online experience was quick and easy the actual flowers left a lot to be desired. I was called and informed that they didn't have a sufficient amount of the pink and white peonies I ordered (which was great - appreciated the heads up) and would fill the bouquet with garden roses to complement and I was fine with the sub though the cost was high for what I'd be receiving. But what arrived was a mix of peonies, garden roses, and tea roses all in a mix of colours that didn't coordinate at all. It was clearly just whatever was left lying around. Not a great experience, especially considering the cost.

Got a delivery message when the order was not delivered yet. Recipient started to ask neighbours and concierge, but no one has seen our flowers. Contacted support, was told that the order was indeed delivered. Then 5 hours later , the driver arrived to the apartment. So the recipient recieved the flowers in the end, but the surprise was ruined by an erroneous delivery message.

The flowers were great, but the Floom platform was not. Impossible to speak to a human, website was buggy and crashed, and delivery updates were wrong. I’d recommend an independent florist.

The website and purchase experience were both great. However, the flowers began dying almost immediately even though we prepped the flowers for a vase according to instructions. This usually allows for a week or more of healthy flowers, but not this time.

Flowers were great. Poor communication. Flowers were delivered on Monday night, but confirmation was received the following evening. Also, hidden taxes and fees at the end of checkout were not appreciated.

Easy to use, but their tracking system doesn't update live so I thought my flowers hadn't been delivered until the next day when I got a delivery email confirmation in the morning!! When I checked with the receiver, thankfully it had been delivered the day and in the time frame I had asked for originally, but seriously Floom, please have your tracking page reflect either live tracking or update correctly!! Not cool at all. Customer service was unavailable through chat or phone - maybe because it was Valentine's Day so they were busy but for me, overall it was not a very good experience.
