Not many budget friendly options. Flowers ended up getting delivered quite late in the day which isn’t ideal. The tracking should be a bit more detailed

Hi Lizzie, thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, as our partner florists all use different methods of delivering we are currently unable to provide tracking for all of our orders. We hope this is something we can implement for all of our orders in the future.

The ordering process was fairly easy. Unfortunately, the flowers were not at the same level as the ones that I ordered. It looks like it was rushed and they just threw some roses together with a bunch of lilies and the green was a lot less than what was in the picture. Definitely not the premium flowers I was expecting.

It seems the flowers arrived as required on time but there was a mix up on the recipients end.. when I talked to said recipient and she described the product, I was very disappointed with the size of the arrangement ( " fit in a small mug " ) and the MISLEADING photo on YOUR website!! To add insult to your charge AND unwarranted tax ( I am NOT in NY State ) my card was charged an additional bogus $3 from some floom London !!! Very disconcerting, will not use or recommend you again.. Outraged. Terry Walsh

Floom came through at the 11th hour--order had been missed on the expected day & I wrote on Sunday after 6:00 pm. (Imagined would be postponed till Monday.). Lo & behold, the flowers arrived, delivered to my daughter by a "lovely woman"-- a "beautiful" bouquet. Not precisely what I 'd ordered but close enough, & much appreciated.

The gift that I ordered, a plant was not the same plant that was delivered. If you offer options and a customer selects a specific option the expectation is that the same item will be delivered.

Floom service is great! Unfortunately the florist they paired me with for my order failed miserably. Floom jumped right in and handled the issue and did offer me a refund, so I am grateful for that. I have used Floom in the past and I was overjoyed with the outcome, so this felt like just a one-off experience at the hands of the local florist and not Floom. Thanks Floom for helping me.

I contacted you before I placed my order, and was assured I would get the flowers that were pictured for that bouquet on your website. That did not happen. I didn't get one single flower that was pictured. The color scheme was similar, but NONE of the flowers. Very disappointing!!! I would not have ordered it. It was just ok. When I reached out before placing the order, I wish you would have been honest with me. It was a $300 order.

I heard the flowers were beautiful but there was no message saying who it was from. That alarmed the recipient. When my friend sent me a gift last year it took many days for me to figure out who it was from. I think a paper from blah blah blah is necessary.

Thanks so much, Asma, for your positive feedback about Floom. Our delivery window is from 10-6pm local time, though on peak holidays like Mother's Day, the delivery window is often extended into the evening to allow our florists ample time to complete deliveries. I'm sorry to hear you were expecting delivery earlier on and that this did not happen, but ultimately happy the flowers found their way to the recipient.

The flower was nice, but I had only one request about the delivery (to deliver it after 3 pm) which nobody really cared about as the bouquet arrived before 3 pm.

Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery requests like the one you requested. 3 hours late on the delivery. Busy day, but if you say 10 AM to 6 PM, 9 PM is unacceptable. No apology, no refund.

I was very surprised at how small the bouquet ended up being, even after paying for the larger size. I purchased the “tropical” bouquet but it ended up being freshia and tulips and looked closer to something from Safeway than “artisnal”.

The best part about my experience was that the flowers that were delivered were beautiful and good quality. The driver was also very kind and corteous; however, the delivery was made outside the promised delivery window which complicated things for the recipient. I tried to get updates using the chatbot but it would take long to respond and never truly resolved my issue. As beautiful as the flowers were, due to the tardiness of the delivery (especially seeing as how they charge a large-ish sum for it), I do not think I will use this service again.

While the online experience was quick and easy the actual flowers left a lot to be desired. I was called and informed that they didn't have a sufficient amount of the pink and white peonies I ordered (which was great - appreciated the heads up) and would fill the bouquet with garden roses to complement and I was fine with the sub though the cost was high for what I'd be receiving. But what arrived was a mix of peonies, garden roses, and tea roses all in a mix of colours that didn't coordinate at all. It was clearly just whatever was left lying around. Not a great experience, especially considering the cost.
