The flowers were okay, not exactly as shown on the website (1st photo is from the website and the 2nd is what was delivered). They were also delivered without the message or my name, so it took a while for the receiver to discover who they were from (I had to phone and ask!)

The flower company Floom partnered with couldn't deliver the flowers to the location, even though that location was accepted by the website. This delayed the flowers by two days; I had to cancel and order from another site. But the customer service folks were helpful and I was able to get a refund.

The flowers arrived past the funeral services. I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived on Thursday the following week. The funeral was on a Monday. I was disappointed by the delayed delivery.

I don’t usually write reviews especially not bad ones but I bought the Purple Haze bouquet for my Mum’s birthday and it is underwhelming for the price. At just under £100 it is a beautiful combination of flowers but it looks more like a £40-50 max bouquet. I wouldn’t recommend going for this bouquet as Floom has other options for half the price that I think would look quite similar in size/impact so save yourself the difference. Delivery was reliable and on time though.

Flowers were very pretty. However, the bouquet was all white in the online photo, which is what I wanted as the bouquet was for someone who had suffered a bereavement. However, when they arrived, it was a mix of white and pink flowers.

Too expensive. Tasty but I don’t think I can continue to purchase seeing that the first two months are basically a trial period

Great service and easy to use, delivery date as intended. Unfortunately paid £15 for flower vase and the one that arrived was dirty and used, not as expected. Flowers were very nice however.

We sent a bunch of flowers to our friend following a bereavement. The flowers arrived on time and I was disappointed that they weren’t as full as expected she loved them more importantly so didn’t pursue this any further.

Unfortunately, the bouquet I ordered was missing succulents in it - I know that succulents are not out of season and they are very easy to get so I still don't understand why they did that. The basket used for the bouquet was very nice and it actually did not look empty (like ends up happening sometimes when you order online), but the person who received them did mention that the roses did not really look fresh. I was somewhat disappointed because it was not a cheap bouquet I ordered.

Good selection of range on the website and the price includes delivery. Flowers looked as pictured on site except the candle I purchased was forgotten. Now I get mistakes happen and it was delivered on another day, but still, my purchase experience was slightly disappointing as I was buying this to surprise my friend for her birthday.

It was my first time ordering from Floom. The flowers that was delivered to the recipient looked nothing like what I had ordered. I was disappointed but luckily the recipient was pleased with the bunch. They arrived on time. Website isn't the easiest to navigate.

I was never notified if my flowers arrived so I don't know! I would have preferred some sort of notification particularly as they were high value and for a bereavement.

Not what I expected. Paid 160£ for 2 bouquets / next day. I was hoping they look more like on the website pictures, the flowers were small and thin. The roses looked more like a 10£ Waitrose bunch. The mixed one had two stems of lilies and maybe 5-6 roses. I felt ripped off. Delivery - I had to walk about 300 ft down the street to pick the flowers up from the back of a car because the driver said he can’t drive to my door. Only positive, the roses kept fresh a few days longer than usual.

Flowers were 5/5 but you're a platform, not the florist so you can't take the credit of them. As a platform you have a lot of work to do to make this more fluid. The mobile browser interface is too clunky and only works if you're looking for bestsellers. It should be easy to shop within one boutique for example. There should be more flower species categories. Powerful filtering is required to enable multiple selections across different typologies. This is a complex emotional category and the raw material for the stuff you sell is great. However choice comes from good algorithms. I would like to see the service improve a lot before I order again.

I struggled to get into contact with Floom for hours. No working phone number was available. Had to wait to chat with an employee who assured me to delivery was going happen. It did, after 8 pm. The order was not a pictured but it was nice.

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday a month in advance. The day before the flowers were supposed to be delivered I was told the flowers I wanted were not in stock and so I got a different colour. Then on the day of delivery I was told that the florist could not deliver the flowers and there were no alternatives that Floom could offer. I got my refund. Good customer service on the other hand.
