I would give zero stars if I could. I specifically chose this place because they claimed to offer same-day delivery. I sent flowers to a loved one the morning of her birthday, and Floom said they would be delivered by 6:00pm that day. They weren't delivered until the following evening - after my loved one's birthday. I complained and customer service simply didn't care. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 bouquets, never received them, called Floom, was told they were on their way. The flowers were never delivered, the person who promised an update never called. I was asked the next day if I wanted to go ahead with the delivery, for full price :) For reliability, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

The flowers were not fresh. The picture was misleading. The bouquet in real didn’t look the same.

I ordered roses for our wedding anniversary, but they didn’t have them in stock. I couldn’t give them to my wife on that day.

Dreadful. Floom didn't deliver my order. My elderly mother didn't receive flowers on her birthday. I had to contact Floom to find out what had happened. The answer was that despite confirming my order they had simply failed to fulfil it. I was offered a 15% discount on another bouquet which could not be delivered for another 2 days. I will never use Floom again.

The flowers were delivered 4 hours past the delivery window provided. They were dried up and wilted and there was a price tag attached. I contacted Floom and they refused to assist since it was more than 48 hours after delivery. I guess it's ok for them to miss their own deadline, but there is no understanding for the customer. I will dispute this with my credit card company as you did not hold up your end of the "contract". I will not use this service again and would discourage anyone who is considering using Floom.

My partner ordered me a dozen red roses from Floom (image attached). Very disappointed the flowers only lasted two days.

Took accepted an order that they could not fulfil and I am still waiting for credit. Should not take the money until the order is accepted by local florist. Blamed technical problems "the order should not have been accepted" and neither should the £80 Floom took from my account. When I looked onine at order status it still said pending florist when in fact they had already sent an email telling me they couldn't fulfil. Why not update the order status to "awaiting customer instruction". I use online sellers because I work during the day so sending an email is not the best comms method. You have an order system that should hold the current status. It was 5 hours after the order that I read the email so couldn't do anything. Trusted Floom but didn't deliver.

Sadly the flowers I bought and had delivered on a Friday were then shrivelled and died by the Sunday! They were not cheap and it’s upsetting when it is a gift!

Flowers NEVER ARRIVED, phone DID NOT WORK. Feels like a scam. Did not get my flowers for my mother in law's birthday. Horrible.

Floom failed to create any sort of tracking between order placement and florists. My order was never delivered and while I received responses from support there was no action taken to actually have my order delivered even late. $100 down the drain will likely need to fight through my credit card. I cannot recommend Floom AT ALL. Stick to 1800 flowers...

The arrangement my friend received looked nothing similar to the picture I selected. Floom’s service is great, but the flower shop selected just gave me something completely different from what I ordered. Not even the same flowers. I chose the arrangement intentionally without roses and that’s what they sent.

I'm sorry there were some changes made to your bouquet Montserrat. When florists let us know subs are required, we do our best to ensure that our customers are informed ahead of delivery and I'm sorry this wasn't the case on this occasion!

I'm sorry your order couldn't be fulfilled Alex - looks like the florist had trouble sourcing the stems for your chosen bouquet and I can see after being given the option of a delay or cancellation you opted to cancel and have since been refunded. I hope we get the opportunity to make it up to you in future!
