No proactive outreach to let me know when the flowers would arrive. Just a time window — which made me stay home all day only to have the flowers delivered at the end of the day.

Very POOR! The picture and the flower LOOK absolutely NOTHING alike! I spent 80pounds on a stunning PINK12 bouquet as seen on the picture and got complete opposite to what is seen on the picture ! Very disappointing as it was a gift! And the theme was pink not green! Complete rip off

Although I asked the flowers to be delivered as earliest as possible, you say it was delivered an hour and a half after the closing of deliveries (7:30 pm), AND it was never actually delivered. Worst experience, so disappointing.

I ordered flowers in advance and they were NEVER delivered to my friend for her birthday! Extremely upset and disappointed

Ordered these flowers for a birthday for Sunday. Was notified on Sunday at 5:30pm that these would not be delivered and would be the next day. Received no further notification (despite my money being taken) and these ultimately weren’t delivered. Extremely disappointed.

The bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the photo shown online - I appreciate that substitutions may need to be made at times but this was a totally different bunch of flowers. Would never have paid for the bunch that arrived at all.

Awful service on this occasion Iordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the 6th of August and they still have not been delivered. I contacted customer service who told me they will verify and I have not heard back.

No name was left with the bouquet and the receiver had to confirm with several friends to figure out who it was from! Very disappointed at the service..

I received no updates, delivery was delayed by a day. I had to speak to the florist directly as customer support have not returned any information.

Absolute jokers. Wish I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot rather than on here as they're far more honest and reflective of the 'service' offered. Bought a bouquet for £60 including same day delivery with the recipient (my partner) receiving them not long after, so far so good. I then got home to see that the flowers were not presented as advertised, were missing some of the stems advertised (wheat) and were much smaller than had been presented on the website. I complain only to offered a 10% refund which though I acknowledged, isn't reflective of the disappointment/inconvenience/misleading advertising and also to be told I should "spruce them up a little" and that the bouquet "contains the correct stem count" and "is as advertised" - what I can now see from other negative reviews to be a generic stock answer from customer service. Floom may as well write mug on my forehead if they're going to continue to feign ignorance in telling me what I received is as advertised when it looks completely different. Avoid.

Flowers not delivered! I called to query and lady I spoke to was very monotone, like talking to a robot! Said we’ll deliver them today ‘if you want’! No real apology. I had to ask for delivery charge to be refunded! Shocking poor customer service. I will never use this company again.

I've used Floom a few times in the past and have always been very happy with the result. This last purchase was very disappointing however. A very modest bouquet for £100 and the flowers were well past their best on arrival.
