Rubbish will never use again, had to email to find out where my flowers were. To be told they would not be arriving and would refund money which will take 5-10 working days. Don't use this company

Flowers weren't delivered, I messaged to figure out what was going on and no real explanation was given. No apologies. Poor customer service, won't ever be using again.

I ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered on my girlfriend’s birthday because I could not be there. Floom and the vendor did not deliver on time, and offered no apology or explanation, simply saying they would deliver the following day. If Floom cannot deliver on its promises, then please shut down your business. The nature of flower delivery is important dates. Either show up for your customers or shut down, because it is unacceptable to not even offer up an apology or explanation, but rather just shrug it off.

Scheduled birthday flowers for sat. Website later said would deliver Sunday. It is Monday night and no flowers and no explanation. Website says “out for delivery”?!? My plan is ruined and they have my money?!

Delivery driver had the worst attitude, she would not deliver the flowers to my flat and asked me to come to collect them from her. Unfortunately due to covid I could not leave my flat so asked her to leave them outside my flat. She refused and left them in the lobby at the entrance. It is shocking to think that florists whose job it is to give happiness to people in all types of circumstances can be so indifferent. DO NOT use this company again. Go to your local florist.

The delivery was TWO days late and the flowers did not look anything like the ones shown on the website!!! Bad experience!

I'm sorry your flowers were late and you weren't happy with them when they arrived. I can see we refunded your delivery fee due to the delay but can't see where you've contacted us regarding the differences. Could you please send over some photos of what you received so we can check this out?

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your bouquet Jennie. I can see you've been in touch with our CS team and they've provided further info from the florist in the variety of dahlias that were used however your bouquet was as pictured

I recently made an order for a bouquet of light pink peonies to be delivered for my mom's birthday. The flowers are called "dancing peones" by "Flowers You". My mom recieved white flowers and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. If you are Asian you understand receiving white flowers means DEATH. I really cannot believe this happened. I'm so embarrassed and disappointed with this whole experience. I sent an email to Floom Sept 17, 4 days ago and still have not recieved any response. PLEASE HELP WITH MY ORDER. ---------------------- revised Sept 20, 2021 Sent an email Sept 18 to ask for an update and apparently they've been corresponding with me and sending me updates but I never received any of them. (You should check your emailing system to make sure customers are getting your responses because I didn't receive any except for the last one where I sent an email and you responded to it) The person responded was very kind and refunded my money back. But the rating still stands as the experience will never go away and my memory of her birthday will always be this. Do you understand, I sent my mom white flowers on her birthday. I would NEVER do that, no child would ever do that. I'm still very angry. If there's a rating for customer service - you would receive 9/10. (because I tried your chat and that doesn't work either)

At Floom we understand that flowers can mean so much more than just how they look and I'm sorry your light pink peonies were substituted for white ones without your approval. I can see that you've been in touch with our CS team who have processed a refund for you and you should receive the funds shortly if you haven't already.

Yet again failed to deliver when ordered for, then delivered late to wrong address. If not when ordered and paid for delivery, do not want next day or excuses that suppliers fault and what supplier would like to do. Just want refund and apology. Not first time issues

I found this website and liked the look of the arrangements they offered, so I ordered and paid for the bouquet - at £50 not the cheapest available but a decent size for an elderly relative. Then about 2 hours later I received an email to say my order was cancelled, no explanation, no reason, and they had already charged my credit card. I was very disappointed but at least I still had time to organise a delivery with an alternative company. I wont bother attempting to use this company again as its not worth being let down again.

The flowers were not delivered as depicted in the picture. They were not full and terribly placed. Cannot believe that I paid over $70 for what was delivered.

The first time I ordered, the item delivered was very different from what I ordered. The next time, I ordered the day before and it was delivered at 7P the following day. Very unreliable and not detail oriented business. Never using this company again.
