These pictures speak volumes. I did not receive what I ordered. Instead I got a random mix of flowers without a passing resemblance to the design I ordered. If I were at a restaurant and received fish instead of chicken, I'd expect a new dish. Instead, I was offered a 20% discount on an almost $200 bouquet and told to wait for more answers. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. Considering how quickly I was expected to respond to company questions, I'm surprised at the current pace of resolving this issue.

I paid a fairly large amount of money to have flowers delivered the Same day. I ordered will within the time period to have the flowers delivered by 6pm. It was after 6pm I had to contact Floom to ask for an update. Where they notified me the flowers will not be delivered on the same day. Poor customer service all round, as a simple notification means I could have popped to the shops and bought and delivered a bouquet myself.

Ordering from Floom proved to be an extremely frustrating process. I wanted flowers delivered to my partner to celebrate a special occasion at their job. The flowers arrived after business hours, even though an alternate address and phone number was provided to ensure flowers didn’t get left overnight at reception. Floom customer service was unaccommodating to this issue and simply repeated the talk track that flowers had been delivered. The customer is clearly not more important than the florist and vendor relationship. What could have been an amazing experience has turned sour and made me look elsewhere the next time I want to order flowers.

Flowers never opened. I am raising a complaint. The flowers were obviously past there best and had been kept out of water too long. They were delivered without any water and you can see in the picture that they never opened.

My flowers were never delivered and nobody notified me about it I want my money back and compensation! How embarrassing! The receiver of the flowers asked me why she never got the flowers for her birthday! Disgraceful!!!

Ordered a bunch of flowers to say thank you to my partner for helping me whilst I've been ill. The next day I was told I was receiving a refund. No explanation as to what was happening or why. A bit of communication would have been nice.

Delivery never happened. Opened a customer service ticket after my expected delivery window ended to figure out when my flower delivery would take place and was informed the florist wasn’t able to do it. No one notified me or let me know this was going to happen. I had to message customer service to get any information on why my flowers weren’t delivered. Was too late in the day to make any other arrangements. Disappointing because this is a service reliant on timeliness for date-specific occasions and the partner florist didn’t even bother to communicate to Floom they weren’t able to make delivery. My colleague had a similar experience and I chalked it up to the specific partner florist. Floom customer service was great and i was helped immediately but unfortunately the florists partnered with this site need to be worked on in my opinion.

Placed order on Friday, recieved an email about a substitution, to which I confirmed was ok and to send. Recieved and email Saturday stating the same thing. It is now Monday and the flowers still haven't been delivered

The recipient said she didn't receive the flowers, Floom said it was delivered to the reception. nobody tried to make a contact so pretty much nobody knows what really happened

Delivered 2 days early, nobody was home to receive them, so the delivery person shoved the flowers through the mail slot. Service from Floom was outstanding, refund was issued within 30 minutes of my emailing.
