Flowers arrived same day and in good time. Disappointed that the flowers weren’t as vibrant as the pictures and most of the flowers are yet to bloom. I expected a lot better for the price I paid. Esp being that it was for my mum’s 81st Birthday.

The website itself runs very slowly and therefore that is frustrating. However, access to florist availability is very good and saves time (more if the website wasn't so slow :)) I spent quite a bit of money on flowers sent to a friend and I wish the delivery driver could have sent a photo of the delivered flowers (as Hermes does).

Even though I had asked for the flowers to get delivered before 16.30h, they were delivered only at 6pm. Yes, within the paid for schedule, but an update that you may not be able to deliver at that time, would have been nice.

Floom has an impressive, easy-to-use website and an excellent choice of bouquets but the bouquet that was delivered did not look anything like the one that was ordered. I understand that if ordering for same-day delivery, that's probably the risk you take, but nowhere was this stated, and no communication after the order highlighted that this would be the case. Slightly disappointed, although the receiver was still delighted with the flowers that were delivered.

My flowers and chocolate were delivered, however not during the timeframe I requested. Also, the flowers didn't look like the picture. I understand the fine print, however I chose a bouquet that had pops of yellow, orange and red color. The flowers my recipient received were are all dark and completely muted. I would have appreciated even two bright color flowers in there somewhere besides the dark blues and purples.

The arrangements available on Floom’s website are stunning. Unfortunately, many substitutions were made to my order such that the entire color palette was changed.

Good customer service and always responded even late in the day, and did refund the delivery fee however order was extremely late, (4+hours) and they couldn’t directly contact the florist to see what time it would be delivered... ended up being past 9 in the evening. None the less, got the items on the day (ish) I needed them, and the team from Floom did respond to my queries / chasers & refunded the delivery cost without me even requesting it - so from them they were great, just slightly disappointing from the florist side.

The flowers were beautiful, but I would have been much more impressed if the company invested in biodegradable packaging - compostable paper, large dried leaves, etc.

Looked nice, but wayyyy too much foilage/green for the money I paid. The picture for the arrangement I chose were full of flowers, and colour. My mums when they came were full of green and not so much colour/flowers. She was happy, but knowing what it was supposed to be, I was dissapointed.

I ordered flowers for a friend’s 40th and they were absolutely beautiful. The flowers were delivered so late in the day however, and I was disappointed my fried didn’t have these in the day for her bday! Floom called me to apologise that the flowers would be delivered even later than the time given for their deliveries.

Picture showed white, yellow, and pink tulips, but the tulips that came were only white and yellow (no pink). However, the bouquet was nice and big, and beautifully packaged.

The web service was good, the flowers were just ok and the delivery was at 5pm so a little later than ideal.

Bought the Delight Bouquet for Mother’s Day. Nice flowers but the size was extremely underwhelming. Half of what it looks like in the pictures. Not what was expected for the price.

One out of 9 roses was already in bad shape (we figured that it was broken in half and taped) and entire bouquet didn’t last 3 days

The site says the flowers delivered will look exactly like the pictures. The gift bouquet I sent did not- many less expensive flowers were substituted for ones in the picture. It was a pretty display, but not what I ordered. Also expensive, with no vase.
