The bouquet was pretty but it was nowhere near as beautiful as it was on the picture on the website. On the picture it was asymmetric with eucalyptus sticking out of it. It looked very contemporary when the one I got delivered looked more of old fashioned bouquet (rounded shape) Also there was only tiny stem of eucalyptus compared to at least three gorgeous stems on the picture ! Colours were lovely though.

The bouquet was nothing like in the picture. I was informed that the florist will not have some of the flowers but “some” made it look like completely different thing. Even the colour of the vase was black instead of white (as per pic), which I wasn’t informed about. To sum up, it didn’t look as pretty or as expensive as described and per pic. Dissapointing

Unfortunately I was a little disappointed when I saw the arrangement of hot pink peonies that I had chosen and ordered for my friend. The flowers were a beautiful colour but the foliage was limp. Perhaps it is due to the recent heatwave?

Delivery was on time, but bouquet had one type of flowers changed without notice & I found the online image misleading in terms of size of the actual bouquet. Based on the picture colleagues and I had expected a much bigger bouquet.

I did not receive any tracking information as to what time they would be delivered or if they were delivered. I did send an email asking if they could be delivered at a certain time period but did not receive anything back. They arrived at the location after a time specified and had to be taken to my mum's house address via taxi. So I had to pay an additional fee for delivery.

The flowers were beautiful and well received by mf friends. My criticism is of the Floom website which allowed me to order a bouquet for delivery on a Monday, the florist contacted me and was surprised to have received the order as they were actually closed for the holidays and could not deliver until the Weds Apart from that I was really pleased

""Flowers were good but the card looked as though it had been written out by a 6 year old which was embarrassing. Maybe think about printing customer greeting cards in future. Will certainly put me off buying from you again which is a shame.
