The flowers I ordered were for a special occasion - the first of my off-spring to get engaged! I selected a stunning, “different” bouquet, with wild flowers and grasses, just like the countryside where the happy couple got engaged. The flowers were perfect! Just like the photograph and they arrived promptly. Thank you! I will definitely use your services again!

Overal experience is good, service is within expectations and delivery mostly on time. However the price is usually quite high. also the fact you cannot search for flowers/bouquet of flowers under

I chose to order via Floom because they had an option for same day delivery with local florists. I later received an email telling me it wouldn't be possible. This left me not enough time to arrange an alternative company/florist. The flowers and delivery were expensive so to not have the order fulfilled as promised is awful service. I've since received an email stating a further delay to the delivery. There has been no mention of compensating any part of the transaction (customer service 101). I do not recommend using Floom.
