My flowers were never delivered and I received NO proactive communication from Floom. I had to follow up countless times and finally got a refund after 6 days because still, the flowers were never delivered.

Upon alerting us to the issue raised we followed all steps needed to confirm all details for the order were correct, once this was confirmed we communicated with you that we needed to investigate and attain further information from our florist partner- we were unable to gain a delivery status and therefore we issued a full refund. Our team worked hard to resolve this issue for you, updates and timescales were provided. We regret we were unable to make a successful delivery on this occasion, but would love for you to consider Floom in future!

Sadly my experience was not good. Ordered flowers for a particular occasion, and was told they'd been delivered when they had not. No idea what happened to them, and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't chased it up myself. I would have been charged for nothing.

Hello Tom, Thank you so much for your review and feedback! We are very sorry to read your experience with us was deemed not good. We certainly do not wish for any customer to be unhappy with any aspect of our service, your order had been marked as delivered by the delivery service used it appears to have been a mix up with the wrong order marked as delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this error which we did follow up with our partner florist but we were unsuccessful in gaining proof of delivery or an order status update on this occasion, therefore we fully refunded you as compensation.

My order was late and I sent the flowers because a friend is grieving a death. Customer service did not help me. Flowers were beautiful and will continue to purchase but directly from florist.

Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. No commitment, no communication and late with all deliveries, not to mention the comments I wrote to place with the orders. It was only because my usual suppliers couldn’t deliver on a Sunday that I chose this company and also I should have read the reviews before placing the orders. My advice is look elsewhere!!!!!!

Flowers never showed up- and all I was offered was 15% off my next purchase, which is the same discount someone gets when they give a review. Terrible- will never use Floom again.

I ordered flowers as a surprise to send to my daughter, who is a first responder. She has not received the flowers. Since this incident occurred during Friday and led into Sunday there was no customer service to help me. I still don't understand why no one called my daughter on her cell to let her know that she would be receiving flowers? I have used Floom many times before but this has been the most disappointing experience. I will be using a different carrier in the future.

My order was cancelled and I was not notified. The first I knew of it was when I became aware that the bouquet had not arrived (by the intended recipient of the flowers) and contacted Floom to find out why the bouquet was not delivered. I will never use them again.

Was not happy with the arrangement we sent; spoke to customer service. We did not have "enough" photos for a partial refund so there was zero customer service given. Go spend your money somewhere else that values customers.

my flowers were delivered to an incorrect address and the customer service person would not refund me and told me to go to the random address in which they were delivered and ask a stranger to give me the flowers.

Hello Lila, I'm so sorry we weren't able to offer a redelivery of your order after the driver left it at the address provided. We were able to request the proof of delivery and it was delivered to the address on the order. We are not able to pick up orders once delivered but if it is nearby it can sometimes be recovered by the recipient which was suggested when you reached out to us. I'm so sorry again we weren't able to provide a satisfactory resolution.

The flowers were not delivered at the scheduled time despite being a doorman building and I was charged extra for the re-delivery.

Very disappointed with the flowers - I paid the highest price option, the so-called 'deluxe' version of Pretty in Pink, and I ended up with a small, short-stemmed miserable bouquet with flowers. I paid £135 for an arrangement that I wouldn't pay more than £40.

The flowers were supposed to arrive by 6PM, it arrived closer to midnight. the flowers were nothing like what was in the image. ordered the "Pretty in pink" which was predominantly pink roses. the bouquet delivered was almost all red with maybe 3 or 4 pink roses.

Brought flowers for over £130 but never arrived between 10am and 6pm so they were wasted. Customer service was quick but couldn't care. Also found the same flowers on the florists website for £40 less so never recommending this site again

Paid for same day delivery. Was suppose to be a birthday gift. Didn't receive them. Agent was uncaring and basically said they only take the money. Anything else is the third party's responsibility. Order should have been refunded immediately. Pathetic business ethics.

Dreadful experience - avoid at all costs!! This was supposed to be a birthday gift and I paid extra for delivery on the day, a Sunday. The delivery didn't arrive on the Sunday... or Monday... but finally on the Tuesday afternoon, 2 days late. The bouquet was also a lot smaller with fewer flowers than the Prudence Large I paid almost £100 for. Floom have offered to reimburse the extra cost of Sunday delivery - about a fiver. Instead of it being a lovely surprise it was very embarrassing to ask the birthday girl to let me know if my present had arrived. I wish I'd read the poor reviews (especially the ones about funeral flowers arriving days late - totally unacceptable) before ordering from Floom. This company's a joke and they will let you down big time. Don't buy from them.

Very bad experience from delivery to the actual product we received. Bouqet looked like I could have purchased them from Whole Foods and I paid $160 for them.
