“I have no complaints with FVL as the team have been excellent in all their interactions with me. The challenge was with the supplier whose communication was sketchy at best and poor at worst. James Mark and the FVL team definitely had my best interests at heart and had a number of challenging conversations with the supplier whose timescales and spec seemed to change regularly. All is well that ends well. Would I use FVL again? yes. Would I use the supplier again? Probably not.”

Hello Nick and thanks for taking the time to share your review, it means a lot. Yes, we are currently sailing through unchartered waters! With vehicle supply being hit on all sides from microchip shortage, Brexit, Covid among other things. We feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position where we can assist our customers when things get tricky, whether switching to a new EV, Plug-In hybrid such as this (stunning by the way!) or just trying to secure a car when it seems that there are none! “Having struggled to find a suitable vehicle that met my needs due the global problems affecting car production we had to think outside the box and began to look at deals on pick ups. Eventually a deal on this Navara was found by Andy and Scott, it was so good I had to ask Scott to check that the monthly payment included the VAT! Really pleased with the truck and delivery went smoothly. The second time I have leased through FVL and would recommend them to anyone looking to go down the leasing route, in my case they really pulled it out the hat with this deal. Thanks guys. 👍”

“Excellent service. Helpful, friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. The delivery went like clockwork, there was a hiccup with the collection of old car but that was the fault of the leasing company not FVL. I would highly recommend FVL to anybody thinking of leasing a vehicle.”
