“Overall happy with service, delays in getting car not their fault. Sometimes staff on phone need to be less frustrated with questions. She did apologise though. Would recommend”

“Ordered a car from FVL which although was expected the end of the same month, ended up being the end of the next month, but understand with the global situation with new cars at this time. But was kept update with the order and they were quick to answer any queries I had, staff were friendly and overall am very happy with the service and the car.”

“I have no complaints with FVL as the team have been excellent in all their interactions with me. The challenge was with the supplier whose communication was sketchy at best and poor at worst. James Mark and the FVL team definitely had my best interests at heart and had a number of challenging conversations with the supplier whose timescales and spec seemed to change regularly. All is well that ends well. Would I use FVL again? yes. Would I use the supplier again? Probably not.”

Hello Nick and thanks for taking the time to share your review, it means a lot. Yes, we are currently sailing through unchartered waters! With vehicle supply being hit on all sides from microchip shortage, Brexit, Covid among other things. We feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position where we can assist our customers when things get tricky, whether switching to a new EV, Plug-In hybrid such as this (stunning by the way!) or just trying to secure a car when it seems that there are none! “I have leased 3 cars through FVL, they were the cheapest by far each time. I have never had an issue in ordering options etc the quote is always right first time and the car ordered always fits my expectations.”

“I found the customer service to be the main reason for choosing first leasing to supply me with my beautiful car. Delivery was so easy and price was affordable. However I would like to have had the opportunity to decide whether I was supplied with floor mats as I was not advised these did not come with the car as standard and I would have happily paid to have them fitted so that I could keep the car in excellent condition”
