“Very helpful staff who also actually took the time to follow up a few times along the process to ensure that everything was going ok. The whole process was made as simple as possible by the FVL staff. The delivery date was a lot sooner than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery driver was also very helpful giving us updates on when he will arrive.”

“Polite and informed staff help me make a good choice for my second lease vehicle. initially back in July 2021 Chris Peart had several phone and email contacts with me. After my order Lesley and Deborah kept me informed and re assured me when there was an anticipated delay in delivery due to a parts delay. however on the 22nd of December I took delivery of my Peugeot 2008 GT in black,the delivery company also kept me informed on the day and it arrived on time,an hour before my old vehicle was picked up. Very pleased with the car and the whole process will use again and would recommend to others.”

“Customer service was good even though I placed my order in July for a Citroen Crossover but when I chased up August was told the dealer had not received my order which I was deeply disappointed with. I then ended up having to order a different car Ford Puma which was a lot smaller and soonest I could get was mid December I wanted the 155 bhp version which was available but then took a callback following day to say it had gone and was offered a different model, I just wanted a new car as mine was no costing extra as my term had expired. Delivery driver was really nice and car was clean and ready to drive.”

We have had a few supply issues over the past 24 months with one thing and another as we're our admin team have most likely explained.
