“From the start FVL were very professional. I changed car mid way through the process which was not a problem and they understood. Andrew was helpful to start with and then Ross was very good. They listened to what I wanted, including a maintenance package and found the right car for me at the right price. I would highly recommend and will use again.”

“They got me the car I wanted, in the right colour, early! They did the car change over on the same day (as I'd used them before). They took the old car with no fuss, it was in good condition, (but I'd had problems with other hire companies before, even with a pristine car, picking fault with a tiny stone chip!) FVL are reasonable about small dings given the mileage. They communicated at every step, with regular update emails to keep me informed.”

“This is the second time I have used FVL. They have an excellent website with a great selection of cars to choose from, different specs, contract duration, mileage, maintenance etc. They are also very competitive in price & the staff are all extremely helpful. I will most certainly be using them again when my leases expire.”
