“Simply. Doing what you said you'd do, when you said you'd do it. The salesman's (Duncan)assistance in the early stages in particular was 2nd to none. What a great lad. It was then a great effort by every team member I dealt with after him. Debbie and Claire to name another 2. Excellent service”
