We think your delivery and service is great. We have not used a service like this before but started because of lockdown. We will carry on as the quality of produce is excellent and we hope to become more adventurous with our orders. My daughter uses your service and put me on your delivery, I was a bit cautious but now delighted

A doctor put me on a diet that specified grass-fed meat and I didn't know where to start. I did some online research and found Field and Flower and haven't looked back. Top quality meat at good value from a user friendly website with excellent delivery. Thoroughly enjoying your products and a better quality diet. Thank you to everyone involved.

Pros: - a very good selection of cuts, - consistent delivery and secured packaging - healthy and organic meat - 1000x better taste than anything you can find in the supermarket - reasonable pricing - support of healthy farming and happy animals - a very good cart and subscription system makes it easy to navigate around the store and purchase - I run an e-commerce agency myself and I'm impressed Cons: - biodegradable bags are ok but not for everything because they soak in moisture and everything inside them is wet - some premium cuts are missing (e.g. picanha, wagyu), whilst their competitors got those - however, F&F got some cuts that competitors don't so it evens out but... - ... F&F is a bit slow to innovate and introduce new cuts and options - e.g. sous-vide half-duck became a staple of our weekly diet and one of our favourite dishes - but it has been several months since they intrude that and nothing new is appearing - I said "reasonable price" earlier and it is good except for the fish, which is waaaaay too expensive; e.g. ~£7.5 for 250g salmon?! 3x the street price, come on... Ultimately, this is the future of farming and conscious meat-eating, before the lab-made meat takes over. Until then, F&F all the way.

We are continuously working hard to look for alternative packaging ideas, and also to work with our farmers to try and provide cuts that we don’t currently provide, however I’m sure you can appreciate this takes a lot of hard work, but hopefully we will have something new for you to try in the not so distant future. Regarding the price, all our meat and fish is sourced from small-scale suppliers who we know and trust. We’re committed to paying British farmers and fishmongers a fair price for the high welfare, quality products they offer and for the exceptional environmental and sustainability credentials they hold. The delivery is excellent I have never had a problem, I am kept informed and it arrives prompt as promised. The meat is well presented and fresh even after the journey getting to me, There is no comparison between shop and farm meat which is superior in comparison . It is also nice to know and reassuring in the knowledge that the animals are well looked after and respected.

The products are much better quality than supermarket meats and all members of my family noticed the improved taste in our meals. The delivery service is efficient and the people at Field and Flower are all super helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated this throughout the lockdown and now I want to continue to support smaller farms than mass production.

Firstly, the quality of the meat and other produce is generally very high. No complaints. Also, the way you managed to keep the quality and deliveries going through lockdown was great and really improved our quality of life. My gripes are around the consistency of delivery and how the system works. On a number of occasions I have had missing items that I’d have had to notify you about for a refund. Further, it is frustrating and disappointing when there are late substitutions with no notice. Given the order is made and the money taken 5 days in advance, it is always disappointing not to get the products ordered. Perhaps payment should be taken after delivery is made so the whole refund and replace fuss is avoided. To end on a positive, I have and will continue to recommend F&F to friends and family - please keep up the good work. Chris

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback, we do take all comments on board, so appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts. Great to hear you are enjoying everything so far. I'm so sorry to hear you have been substituted on a couple of occasions. We are under huge time constraints currently working with our farmers and our butchery packing up your orders. The time from the butchery receiving your order and packaging it up, to the time it is out for delivery is minimal. We are informed from our butchery of any unavailability of products as soon as they can get it over to us, however due to the high volumes at the moment, this is usually once the box has been dispatched from our operations. They will always try their best to substitute an item where possible, but if this is not possible we will offer a refund for the missing item, and this would take 3-5 working days to process. We are always looking at ways to improve our service, so appreciate you feeding this back and we will work hard to make changes to this where we can. Absolutely loving our Field & Flower subscription. Everything we have tried has been delicious from scotch eggs to fillet steaks! We have even switched to getting our butter and cheese as part of our delivery. Great service and terrific products.

We first tried “field and flower“ during the Covid 19 lockdown 2020. The quality of every item we tasted has been first class and so we are now on our tenth box, ordered at fortnightly intervals. The service is outstanding and the products are all excellent - without exception. We have never been disappointed with any item we have ordered. Highly recommended.

All the meat and fish I have had has been of excellent quality I found your company during lockdown but I will not be going back to my normal supplier as your meat and fish is much superior to anything I cane buy in my local shops.

I have shared the field and flower products with other members of my family. We are unanimous in our praise ! The quality of the meat, charcuterie, fish and cheese has been outstanding Special mention should be made of : leg of lamb , boned and rolled rib of beef and whole duck. The barbecue meat has been enjoyed over the summer months. Special mention of jerk pork steaks, all the burgers and piri piri chicken. Fabulous sausages too! Excellent and reliable delivery service . I am a satisfied customer.

Excellent, love the pies! Started during lockdown and will continue. Not big meat eaters, because of animal welfare issues, which is why we will be staying with you. Admire your standards. Prefer to pay more but eat less! Would be good to know fat content of mince ( for example) - some of us are on diets! More info on freezing suitability would help. Have recommended 2 friends ,one expecting delivery today! Keep up the good work and thank you.

Simply the best meat ever! We have been using Field & Flower for several months now and every single item delivered has been outstanding in its quality and taste. We would not buy meat from anywhere else these days and want to thank you and the farmers for such consistently excellent service and produce. Makes every meal time something to look forward to!

We discovered Field and Flower during lockdown when we were self-isolating. Now we have tasted the meat we can never go back to the supermarket! The beef mince tastes divine and just like minced steak. It feels good to be supporting British produce and a small business. We intend to continue with Field and Flower and can't wait to try out some Winter recipes.

When Lockdown happened I was desperate to acquire food and drink while avoiding the supermarkets (full of ravening beasts at the time) and I remembered Field & Flower. 5 months later my bi-weekly deliveries have provided us with the best meat, fish and deli foods. On occasion I try the pies but I must have the beef cuts every time. The Duck and Chicken are top class. Lamb joints are first rate. If you sold eggs and fresh baked goods too, you would have the perfect company. Rainbow Trout filets is on tonights menu with T-bone on Saturday!
