“Although I had already subscribed to field&flower before Covid affected our lives, it's been a godsend during the various lockdowns. I usually freeze my delivery and then slowly work my way through it (we try to have a varied diet with some veggie meals during the week). The quality of all the meat and fish I've ordered has been great. This year I chose to place my turkey order with them. It was absolutely delicious, helped by my daughter's amazing cooking too! We also ordered ham and various relishes which were also popular. Will definitely be buying my christmas turkey next year, in the hope I'll have more family to share it with in 2021!”

“I did have to worry about not getting our delivery. It was one day earlier, I think, but its OK, we are all lock down so we were at home. Love all the meats we bought. Wished we bought a larger turkey, pork and beef. Somehow it seems enough but it was not. Next year will go for larger cuts. Thanks.”

“The quality of the turkey meat was excellent. Moist and tasty. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the joints I bought. Turkey roast with sausage meat and cranberry stuffing: there wasn’t much of stuffing and it was all at one end of the joint. Once the elastic net came off, it didn’t carve well, despite a sharp knife. The three bird roast had a bit of duck at one end, a bit of pheasant at the other. I would have expected the duck and pheasant to run through the whole joint. Again, a lack of stuffing and impossible to carve.”

“We have really noticed the difference and the quality of meat is so much better than what we used to get from the supermarket. We really like the range of different meat and fish we can get. I was however a bit disappointed to find that the sausages and bacon have E numbers in them. I didn’t realise this and thought that all the meat was free from preservatives and additives. I’m sure there is a reason but I would have preferred that this was made clearer. I’d love a preservative and additive free option if one became available.”

The December selection was equally delicious... a beautiful turkey roast, so quick & succulent, as well as tasty sausage, bacon & cheese.
