“The order arrived timeously and was fine with one minor exception. I have taken to weighing the individual fish packages in the large selection bundle as on occasions in the past they have been under the stated weight. The cod package fell slightly into that category this delivery but I didn't complain about it as all the other packages in the bundle were significantly over the stated weight. That said, there should never be an instance of underweight goods and your quality control needs improvement in that respect.”

“Excellent support for good farming practices and products are always honestly described with a good level of information. And everything tastes so much better than cheaper stuff. However I rather regret the move into prepared foods. The only additives I want in my meat are the ones I put in myself. I am more interested in buying less expensive cuts and offal than in fancy sauces, which is why I haven't bought as much from you lately”

It's important to us to keep our product descriptions and images up to date so you can make informed choices about what you would like in your order. At Field & Flower we do our best to cater for everyone, which is one of the reasons we seperate our products out in to different ranges on the website. The majority of our range is raw meat products for our customers to cook and enjoy, adding what they like and using the product in a way which suits them best. Our slow-cooked range offers products which have been partly cooked, often in different sauces with added herbs and marinades. We have just launched our Ready Meals as well, which make for a quick and easy dinner, without compromising on our ethics, standards or quality. “My order free range turkey breast, boned shoulder of lamb rolled, cornish bri and poultry gravy. I was so pleased with my Christmas order, the bri was soft and smooth, our turkey breast was swathed in bacon, I cooked following instructions it was moist and tasty with some cranberry jelly. The lamb was succulent and tasty as always.”

“I have been using Field & Flower for a few years now and for good reason! All the products I have purchased have been excellent quality, and it is noticably better in taste than anything from the supermarket. Once you buy from here you'll find it hard to go back to supermarket quality, and knowing you are supporting local farming doing their best to take care of the animals is great too. Obviously buying ethically produced meat costs more, but if you can afford it I urge you to do so you won't regret it.”
