“I am amazed to receive this from you when I have been advised that part of an order from you will not be available when this was ordered a while ago and although I admit I made a mistake on the spelling of the name, I corrected this as soon as I read the email and I have now been advised the item is not now available! I am disabled and cannot get to shops and use the internet to get presents. This particular one was for my husband who will now only get part of the present. I have used you previously and have always been delighted - what has happened to your service an I will now have to try and get a replacement else where. Susan Jessop”

“Ordered silver music box Saturday lunchtime for Christening the following day. It was engraved and despatched the same day excellent service by F&T. Unfortunately Royal Mail did not manage the next day Sunday delivery as per order, instead music box was delivered early Monday morning. Quality was excellent and gift was well received!”

“I bought these gardening work gloves for my adult son. They look "cool" for a younger gardener. So many gardening gloves look too feminine or fuddy duddy. I thought these would be just right for him. However, despite of getting the extra large size they were way too small. My husband couldn't get his hands in them. They were returned. I have received a refund. Shame as they looked great.”
